Arno averted his gaze, deliberately ignoring Eustace and Dagny. He pulled out his phone and began dialing.

"Put that phone down and accept the consequences!" a traffic officer commanded.

Arno scoffed, "Scared now, are you? Let me go, or I'll call Chief Wang and you'll regret it."

"I'm giving you your first warning," the officer bellowed. "Put the phone down now. After three warnings
