"Did I forget to lock the door when I left?"

I said to myself, but I immediately rejected the idea.

Impossible, I definitely locked the door, because every morning before I went out, I would pull on the door when I closed it. It was a habit, to see if the door was locked.

So I'm pretty sure I locked the door. I gently pulled it open and looked at it carefully. The lock was broken! Damn it
