Tang Xiaomin's face broke into an enchanting smile.
"Not bad. You're the most unique salesperson I've ever met. Why do you work so tirelessly?"
Faced with Tang Xiaomin's question, Liu Hsing remained silent. Even after securing the Hangda account, he didn't want it to be out of pity from her.
"Even though you're not saying anything, I can guess. You're not sharing your troubles to gain sympathy, and I really respect that," she said.
Tang Xiaomin stood up and gave Liu Hsing's shoulder a reassuring pat.
"Go take a shower! I'll find you some clothes. Later, you'll accompany me to the company."
Watching Tang Xiaomin's alluring silhouette and the lingering scent she left behind, Liu Hsing was spellbound.
"If only a perfect woman like her could be my wife."
He chuckled to himself, wincing as the laughter aggravated the pain in his cheeks, causing him to grimace.
Half an hour later, Liu Hsing emerged from the shower, dressed in the blue tracksuit Tang Xiaomin had picked out for him.
It was then that he realized Tang Xiaomin's home was a three-story villa. He was staying in a bedroom on the second floor, while Tang Xiaomin resided on the third. He finally understood why she had mentioned there was no inconvenience.
"Come down for dinner!"
Her voice floated up from the first floor. Liu Hsing hurried downstairs to find Tang Xiaomin at the dining table.
She looked entirely different now, her hair cascading over her shoulders, her complexion pure white, with soft red lipstick. The red dress she wore showcased her S-shaped figure, and her red crystal high heels accentuated her slender, pale legs.
Tang Xiaomin's gaze met Liu Hsing's. In his blue tracksuit and matching sneakers, his lean frame stood just over 170 centimeters tall, with a face that was handsome in an unassuming way.
But it was Liu Hsing's character and actions that Tang Xiaomin truly admired, stirring within her a desire to get to know him better.
"These clothes belonged to my dad before he went abroad. They seem to fit you quite well. What do you think? Do I look better now, or did I look better before?"
Liu Hsing took a seat at the table, gazing at Tang Xiaomin's stunning visage as he spoke earnestly.
"They're both beautiful."
Tang Xiaomin flashed a charming smile at Liu Hsing.
In the cheerful atmosphere, they quickly finished their breakfast. As they stepped out of the villa, Liu Hsing learned that they were in T City's most expensive neighborhood, the Hangda Imperial Court villa district, where each home was worth tens of millions.
Riding in Tang Xiaomin's red Ferrari, Liu Hsing felt the day's air was even fresher than the day before.
The drive was short, and they soon arrived at their destination, the Hangda Distance sales office.
Amidst greetings of "Good morning, Director Tang" and curious looks directed at him, Liu Hsing followed Tang Xiaomin into her office.
Inside, he was struck by the opulence. Yellow rosewood chairs, a three-meter mahogany desk, and an array of extravagant accessories. What caught his eye the most was the red Alienware liquid-cooled desktop computer on Tang Xiaomin's desk.
"What do you think? Isn't my office beautiful?"
Liu Hsing nodded earnestly. In comparison, Director Zheng's office paled significantly.
"Do you enjoy gaming? Why do you have an Alienware computer?"
"I'm not much of a gamer. I occasionally use this computer to edit videos. It never crashes."
"Knock! Knock! Knock!"
"Come in!"
At that moment, a uniformed woman entered, carrying two cups of steaming coffee.
"Director Tang, here's your latte."
The woman handed them their coffees and quickly exited.
Tang Xiaomin took a sip and then smiled.
"Tell me what you know about Hangda's business."
Liu Hsing realized it was his moment to shine. He recalled the information provided by the system and cleared his throat.
"Hangda Real Estate is launching a new property in T City, Hangda Distance. The main focus is local promotion and pre-sale activities, with a requirement for massive exposure. We need at least half of T City's population to be aware of Hangda Distance. The budget is 1.2 million, with the promotional period running from September 20th to October 20th."
Tang Xiaomin was visibly impressed by Liu Hsing's response, her expression turning serious.
"You've clearly done your homework, which is excellent. Now, could you share your promotional strategy or plan with me?"
Liu Hsing was thrilled to receive preliminary approval. Despite the lingering pain in his cheek, he eagerly continued.
"The core of this promotion will still be a blend of online and offline efforts, utilizing the internet and various channels to boost Hangda's pre-sales and events. However, we need to shift our overall approach. Instead of using traditional events to support pre-sales, we'll use pre-sales to enhance the events."
Tang Xiaomin was attentively listening, and Liu Hsing delved into his analysis.
"Customers have grown weary of our past promotional tactics. Whether it's online or on the offline screens, they've become immune. My proposal is to make the events the centerpiece of our promotion, incorporating information about the apartment pre-sales. Furthermore, we should steer clear of conventional pre-sale events and opt for a concert format. With Hangda's resources, securing some of the current popular stars shouldn't be a challenge!"
"Getting stars on board isn't the issue, but have you thought about the budget?" Tang Xiaomin asked, intrigued by Liu Hsing's concept but keen to address potential issues.
Liu Hsing responded with a confident smile, indicating he had already considered this question.
"Let's address the budget. Normally, we'd allocate one million two hundred thousand, dividing it into one million for promotion and two hundred thousand for event expenses. This latter sum would cover the venue, facilities, and staffing. Let's say the concert features two A-list stars and eight B-list stars. An A-list star's fee starts at three hundred thousand, while a B-list star's fee ranges from one hundred to three hundred thousand. By this estimate, even if we pay two million for the A-listers and another two million for the B-listers, the total comes to four million."
"That means the event's cost has risen from one million two hundred thousand to five million two hundred thousand. But remember, how many people can a concert with ten stars draw? I'm confident that even a venue for ten thousand will be packed. With ten thousand attendees and an average ticket price of one hundred yuan, what's the revenue? At least ten million. And if that's not enough, consider the potential for sponsorships with a hundred thousand spectators and two hours of entertainment."
After Liu Hsing finished speaking, he simply gazed at Tang Xiaomin in silence, eagerly anticipating her response.
Tang Xiaomin swiftly evaluated the viability of Liu Hsing's proposal, as well as the financial considerations.
Within half a minute, Tang Xiaomin's beautiful eyes met Liu Hsing's, and she flashed a captivating smile.
"It's feasible, but we won't need sponsorship. Hangda doesn't want to compete for customers with other companies, especially since this isn't entirely a commercial event. Please continue with the promotional aspects."
Liu Hsing was ecstatic to see Tang Xiaomin endorse his idea.
"Promotion is relatively straightforward. The concert itself is the main focus, with Hangda taking on the role of the organizer. The pre-sale will be integrated into the concert's promotion. The promotional channels will remain standard: outdoor LED screens at supermarkets, bus stop signs, taxi roof lights, and so on. Online, we'll utilize local mainstream media, popular microblogging platforms, and influential public accounts. With a one million yuan budget for the month, we'll have more than enough. I assure you, with this level of promotion, the concert will become the talk of T City over the next month, and Hangda, along with Hangda Distance Ltd, will be on everyone's lips."
"Great! Today is September 10th, and the concert will need at least half a month to organize. We'll kick off the promotion on the 20th, and I'll need a complete plan within three days."
Tang Xiaomin was decisive. Previous proposals from other companies were decent but lacked innovation and failed to truly captivate her.
Yet, Liu Hsing's bold and practical idea had genuinely impressed her.
"Three days is no problem! So, does this mean the deal is mine?"
Liu Hsing fought back the impulse to burst into laughter, his eyes alight as he regarded Tang Xiaomin.
"As long as your proposal is as good as you describe, the deal is yours."
"Excellent!"
Liu Hsing couldn't hide his excitement; he had finally secured the deal. This meant he could reclaim his rightful commission, and his mother could receive the medical treatment she needed.
And to that scoundrel Zhang Qiang and the profit-hungry Director Zheng, watch out. I'll be making my comeback soon.
Liu Hsing couldn't shake the memory of those two nauseating faces.
"By the way, if the concert turns a profit, I'll give you 20% of the earnings."
"Uh, sure."
Liu Hsing had responded almost without thinking, but upon reflection, he was stunned.
"What? You're saying... you'll give me 20% of the concert's profits?"
Tang Xiaomin's charming face broke into a smile at Liu Hsing's reaction.
"Yes, if the concert is profitable, you'll get 20%. Don't worry, my word is good."
Liu Hsing's gaze fixed on Tang Xiaomin. Twenty percent of the profits! By his earlier estimates, if the concert cost 4.2 million yuan and ticket sales brought in 10 million yuan, the profit would be 5.8 million yuan. Twenty percent of that was... 1.16 million!
Liu Hsing swallowed hard, wondering if his fortunes were finally turning.
Just then, Tang Xiaomin's phone rang.
"Hello!"
As the conversation unfolded, Tang Xiaomin's smile faded, and a frown formed on her lovely forehead.
"Okay, I understand. I'll figure out a solution."
Liu Hsing, noting Tang Xiaomin's troubled look and armed with the information from the system, asked her.
"Is it an issue with a holdout homeowner?"
