Everyone is quite interested in the growth of the Security Group. The regular army remains stationed in the major cities near key transportation routes. Even when the Southern three provinces become our territory, the regular army won't be overly dispersed, at most occupying a provincial capital.

For the smaller counties and towns, responsibility will likely fall to the Security Group
