C175 Heavy Steam City

As the name suggested, this fortress used to be a heavy industrial city that produced cars, which was why it had always enjoyed a high reputation in the Red Star Republic. After the Biohazard Crisis, the walls of the fortress only surrounded a tenth of the entire suburban area of the city. Although there were only twenty thousand people left, they still used the name "Heavy Steam City"
