"Of course," Ye Fann replied, in high spirits after being granted leave. He invited the Giant Spirit God to his residence, where they spent the whole night drinking merrily. The next day, they exchanged a respectful farewell with a fist salute before going their separate ways. Watching Ye Fann's confident departure, the Giant Spirit God couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy. "That kid is something else," he muttered, shaking his head before resuming his duties to uphold the order of the Heavenly Court.

At 9 AM, a notification chimed in Ye Fann's mind: "You are on paid leave and are not required to clock in for work. A reward of 20 Immortal Pills has been issued." Moments later, a jade bottle materialized in his hand, brimming with the fragrant Immortal Pills. Ye Fann popped a few into his mouth as if they were candy. But the system wasn't done yet.
