My lower abdomen had a strong throbbing sensation, very hot, but not like the first time it felt like my whole body was burning.

I don't know why it suddenly happened, but I was even more afraid that the needle-like thing in my body would do something. I couldn't even be sure if it was a real thing or just a feeling
