This shrine was developed jointly by the Ice and Fire Clan and the two surrounding races. It opened once every eighteen years, and only six slots were allowed to enter each time.

There were two spots for Ice and Fire Clan each year.

The only difference was that the conditions to enter the Radiant Temple were different
