C2 Newbie Gift Bag Void Territory!

"Void Territory successfully bound!"

Swoosh!

Symas, within the room, felt a tugging sensation envelop his body as the notification rang in his ears. His vision swirled and twisted, as though plunging into water.

Once his sight cleared, he was standing in a space measuring 100 meters in all dimensions.

Gazing upon the verdant grassland before him, Symas could vividly recall the details of this modest territory. Within this space, he could sense energy particles from the surrounding void being absorbed into his body.

Displayed on his retina was a black attribute panel.

Nickname: Void Territory

Level: LV1

Function: Provides a void space for pet breeding. Once five pet buildings of LV1 or higher are unlocked, the Void Territory will expand further upon meeting the upgrade conditions.

Upgrade Requirements: Five LV1 pet buildings, one elite-grade asteriated stone, 30 million federal coins!

In a flash, Symas was captivated by the 30 million federal coins.

The staggering sum of 30 million federal coins for an upgrade felt like daylight robbery!

After his parents' sacrifice, the County Seat had only awarded him two million federal coins.

Symas resided in the Trintis Dukedom, a member of the Orithyia Federation.

Federal coins were the standard currency across all four dukedoms.

Beyond Orithyia.

In the 108th year of the Star Pet Chronicle, two divine-level tamers led millions to settle on Mars, establishing the Mars Federation.

Mars was the nearest planet to Orithyia, both within a short distance and habitable.

Prior to the discovery of the pet relics, Orithyia's humans had already constructed several small towns on Mars using their own technological advancements. However, the presence of formidable wild beasts on Mars hindered any further expansion.

Presently, the Mars Federation too felt the impact of the pet relics from Orithyia, with wild beasts undergoing mutations.

Numerous pet relics emerged within the Mars Federation. The interactions between the two federations were minimal, mostly revolving around the trade of pet supplies.

Currently, both federations were preoccupied with eradicating the magical creatures on their respective planets.

In the Trintis Dukedom, the yearly expenses for an average family ranged from 50,000 to 100,000 federal coins.

This context provided a clear picture of the situation.

Upgrading the Void Territory would require a staggering 30 million federal coins – it was like feeding a Gold-Swallowing Beast!

Symas was at a loss for words when, suddenly, the ground beneath him in the Void Territory began to tremble. Not far from where he stood, a small fire pet nest, crafted entirely from dark red fire spars and standing twenty meters tall, emerged from the earth as if by magic.

Beneath a steep cliff of the same height, molten lava flowed from the hollows of the rocks, casting a fiery glow over the area. Nearby, a crystal-clear spring nearly three meters across sparkled with tiny, lively particles.

Nickname: Small Fire Pet Nest

Level: Level 1

Function: A nest that can enhance the attributes of black iron fire-type pets and nurture fire-type pet eggs.

Upgrade Requirements: 5 million federal coins and a minimum of two resident pets.

"An attribute enhancer for pets?"

"The emergence of this nest is nothing short of miraculous!"

Symas recalled that items capable of boosting pet attributes were exceedingly rare and usually found in relics. Such items typically fetched prices over a million federal coins, and only elite tamers could afford these costly pet accessories. Ordinary black iron tamers couldn't dream of shouldering such expenses.

"Still, the cost to upgrade this nest is outrageously steep in federal coins."

Yet, Symas saw potential. With a nest that could bolster pet attributes, he could potentially earn a substantial amount of federal coins from other tamers.

Following the arrival of the Level 1 small fire-type pet, a ripple formed in the void above the nest, and a crimson dragon egg, about a foot tall, descended from the sky.

"Could this be the fire dragon egg mentioned in the system alert?"

The sight of the crimson dragon egg, exuding a misty, jade-like radiance, clearly indicated its exceptional nature. Symas approached the nest and gently touched the smooth eggshell, which felt cool to the touch, as soothing as being enveloped in warm water.

Simultaneously, a faint sound emerged from within the egg, which began to rock gently, as if expressing joy. Looking closely, he noticed numerous light spots within the dark rubies of the nest, merging into the fire dragon pill, seemingly aiding in the egg's incubation.

The instant Symas touched the fire dragon egg, it seemed as though he had established a spiritual bond with the Charmander nestled within. It was a sensation unique to the connection with his summoned beast.

"What quality of pet beast might this little one be?"

"It's got to be at least elite quality, right?"

"Dragon-type pets are at a minimum elite quality. Quite a few are of overlord quality."

"If this one is truly an overlord quality pet, with the aid of the Void Territory, I might just be able to elevate the Charmander to overlord status in three years."

"Dragon pets naturally rank high among battle pets of the same tier, endowed with Dragon's Might and dragon's breath, giving them a significant edge over other battle pet types."

"Yet, they're incredibly rare to come by."

Symas pondered.

"Ding! Would you like to spend 10 million federal coins to expedite the hatching of the fire dragon egg?"

"The system has detected this is the host's first pet hatching. As a courtesy, we're offering a one-time speed-up at no charge. Do you accept?"

Before Symas could further contemplate, the system's familiar voice echoed once more.

The prospect of spending ten million federal coins for faster hatching nearly gave Symas a shock, considering his monthly food budget was a mere 300 federal coins.

Initially inclined to decline, Symas breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the follow-up offer. The system, notorious for its voracious consumption of funds, was finally showing a more user-friendly side.

"Agreed," Symas affirmed silently, his intention transmitted.

Beneath the fire dragon egg in the small fire-attributed nest, the dark red ruby ground began to exude a pale red mist that merged into the egg.

The Charmander inside, sensing the influx of energy mist from beyond the shell, began to voraciously absorb it, its presence steadily intensifying.

"Hatching countdown: 9 hours..."

Subsequently, as Symas gazed upon the fire dragon egg, a line of text materialized on the crimson shell, visible to him alone.
