C300 The Void Territory Was Upgraded!!

To upgrade the Void Territory, eight pet buildings of level 3 or higher were required.

The four black iron level pet buildings within the territory—the abattoir, the healing room, the decomposition room, and the forging room—counted toward this requirement.

With those, plus the four small pet nests, including the fire pet nest upgraded to level 3, all prerequisites were met
