New City was the capital of the New Eurasian Alliance after the purges, composed of the original Europe and Asia where Browning and Victoria Enterprises were based.

On the other side of the Pacific Ocean, North America and South America were divided by the alliance into the New Capital. Hilton and Sam Corporation's headquarters were there.

This way, two companies would occupy one hemisphere
