The Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce had its headquarters located in a large city in the northern part of Southern Wind Empire. Southern Wind Empire was ranked eighth, however, this was only on the surface with regards to its economic strength, there were a lot of things hidden inside that the first few companies couldn't compare to
