To the France, it was not just a single Country. This region, French, referred to it as the Inch Colony. Putting aside the traditional area in the Bay of Bengal, the France Colony included the Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

These three areas were no different to French. The administrative capital was located at the entrance to the Saigon.
