Wang Jun responded with a cool detachment, "Miss Su, why would I need to deceive you? Your mother has been frequenting our casino for over a year now. She's here two to three times a week and has borrowed money from us on more than thirty occasions. Just recently, she went all in on a bet and lost fifty million in one fell swoop. When you add that to her existing debts, it totals one hundred million. I'm seriously doubting her ability to repay, and we can't allow her debts to keep piling up."

Su Ningshang inhaled sharply, the reality of her mother's massive losses hitting her like a cold wave. Her eyes betrayed her inner turmoil.

"Ningshang, why are you just standing there? Please, help me settle this debt!" Lin Xueqing pleaded urgently.

With a look of resignation, Su Ningshang replied, "Mom, I can't do it. I simply don't have that kind of money."

"How can that be? Isn't your company worth several billion? How can you not scrape together a hundred million? If you're short on cash, you could always sell some shares!" Lin Xueqing pressed, her voice tinged with desperation.

Wang Jun, clearly losing his patience, pressed them. "Have you two finished? I've been waiting forever. Are you going to pay back the money or not?"
