The Free City was one of the thirteen settlements under the Atwell Corporation, and it was also the most open settlement.

If one were to look at the map of the entire Alliance, the Atwell Corporation was located in the southeast of the Alliance.

Other than the border of the Forbidden Land Mountain Range, there was also a large gray area connected to the Atwell Corporation
