Not only were bystanders gobsmacked at the sight, but even Jiang Nan, the man of the hour, felt like he was living in a dream.

The stunning woman who had appeared out of nowhere was somewhat incognito with a cap and sunglasses, yet her exquisite face still radiated beauty that tempted one to steal a kiss.

And now she was clinging to his arm, sending him into a heady daze.

"Jiang Nan, who is this woman?"

Jiang Nan had meant to ask her that very question, but before he could get a word out, Mu Xiaoxiao cut in with an impatient and icy rebuke.

Caught off guard, Jiang Nan instinctively wanted to offer an explanation, but the sight of Fuh Yong next to her chilled his gaze.

His voice turned frosty, "I see no reason to explain myself to you, do I?"

"Haha, Jiang Nan, look at you, bringing in an actress. Wow, she's got the looks and the figure, kind of reminds me of the star Xiaoxiao."

Fuh Yong scoffed, "Beauty, how much did he pay to bring you here? I'll double it. You're free to go."

It was only then that Mu Xiaoxiao caught on.

A sneer spread across her face, "Oh, so you're just a hired actress, huh? I knew it. How could someone like you ever mix with real beauties?"

"Hehe, I'm growing more impressed by the minute. You've got no game, yet you're trying to show off? Why don't you take a hard look in the mirror?"

"Clearly, breaking up with you was the smartest move I ever made."

"Jiang Nan, is this the girlfriend you used to talk about?" The beauty's voice was as melodious as a mountain oriole.

She couldn't help but burst into laughter.

"She's quite plain, not at all a match for you."

"Who are you calling plain!?"

Mu Xiaoxiao bristled immediately. She was no less than a 7 out of 10, and being called plain in public was more than enough to ignite her fury.

"Hehe, what's there to be so proud of? You're just an actress, right? Whatever Jiang Nan's paying you, my boyfriend will double it. Now apologize to me!"

"I didn't say anything wrong. Why should I apologize?"

The beauty chuckled. "You really are amusing. Do I look like someone who's short on cash? You're so short-sighted. It's no wonder Jiang Nan doesn't want you."

Mu Xiaoxiao was livid, but by then, the beauty was already arm-in-arm with Jiang Nan, heading towards the Ferrari.

As they passed Mu Xiaoxiao, Jiang Nan paused, a sneer playing on his lips. "Oh, I forgot to mention—you're not in my league."

Mu Xiaoxiao's face went deathly pale with rage, her body shaking uncontrollably.

But by the time she collected herself, Jiang Nan had climbed into the sports car, and with the Ferrari V8's engine roaring to life, he vanished from her sight.

Her teeth clenched, fists balled up tight.

She had once been impressed by Fuh Yong's new Audi, but next to the Ferrari, it suddenly seemed lacking.

"Let it go, sweetheart. That nobody couldn't possibly know a woman of that caliber. He must have paid her to be there. Why let it get to you?"

It was only then that Jiang Nan snapped out of his reverie.

He merely placed the keys back in the car, making no move to claim them.

Jiang Nan remained silent, rooted to the spot, his eyes fixed on the villa with a chill in his gaze.

The beauty, noticing Jiang Nan's hesitation, tugged him inside. Stepping into the villa felt like entering a regal palace.

The four other beauties on the sofa promptly rose to their feet.
