A world twisted by sin and darkness, inhabited by creatures known as ghouls. These beings are nearly indistinguishable from humans in both their physical structure and appearance.

The key difference lies in their diet: ghouls can only sustain themselves by consuming human flesh. Any other food induces severe nausea and vomiting, providing no nourishment and burdening their bodies
