Some buildings had stringent upgrade requirements, with materials so rare that some Lords might never find them in their lifetimes.
Upgrading was a headache for every Lord.
But now, unrestricted, he could endlessly upgrade his buildings—a truly fantastic development.
He couldn't be sure if post-Trial upgrades would impose other conditions, but with ample spirit coins at his disposal, he could focus on advancing his buildings now.
Nearly four hundred thousand spirit coins would suffice to elevate his buildings to advanced levels.
The King Crystal, the heart of the territory, was the priority.

There were two ways to acquire Lord Crystals. The first was the obvious route: seizing them from others. The second involved venturing to the Lord Continent in search of crystals, where one might stumble upon the ruins of a territory or city and, with a stroke of luck, find a crystal.
Yet the act of taking crystals by force was notoriously provocative and, besides, Lord Crystals didn't significantly boost a territory's own crystals.
He had never heard of anyone launching an assault on another's territory just for a Lord Crystal. Even more curious was the fact that no one seemed to possess a crystal with offensive capabilities like his own.
Everything within his domain had been evolved by the Rainbow Lord Space, defying conventional expectations.
Once his crystal reached Level 20, it required additional conditions for further upgrades. Nonetheless, it remained vastly superior to others'. While New Overlords with ample spirit coins could only enhance their buildings to Level 10, his structures were already at double that level. He couldn't be more content.
His crystal had gained a special attribute, boosting all elemental attacks and defenses within his territory by a formidable 10%. Such a trait was incredibly potent; many defensive structures might not achieve a 10% increase even at Level 50.
The Grade SS King Crystal had lived up to his expectations, proving especially beneficial to heroes and Lords akin to Mages. With the ability to bolster magic resistance, his people's defenses against magical attacks would be significantly reinforced.
Yet his ambitions did not lie in becoming a mage Lord. Upon reaching Level 10, a Lord could select a profession. Hailing from the Divine Dragon Country, he had a penchant for Eastern vocations like warriors, cultivators, and Taoists. Securing a hidden profession would be ideal.
But such professions were exceedingly rare, each hidden profession credential a treasure in its own right. Rumor had it that even within the Lord's World, few had ever managed to procure these coveted credentials.
