All members of the Skyfire Motorcycle Club had been comfortably settled in. As for Lin Dong himself, he stood at the restaurant entrance feeling a bit at a loss. His vehicle of choice was a Rolls Royce Cullinan, a car so exclusive that only a handful of people could claim to drive one. Normally, driving himself was no issue, but after having a few drinks, it became problematic.

Reluctant to leave his car at the restaurant, Lin Dong preferred to head straight to the university or somewhere close by to avoid any hassles. Thankfully, the hotel staff were accommodating and arranged for a designated driver to assist him. Lin Dong took his place in the backseat of the Rolls Royce Cullinan, instructing the driver to take him to a hotel near Jiangyang University where he planned to spend the night.

The choice to stay at a hotel was partly due to the Rolls Royce Cullinan's tendency to draw attention. Driving it into the university himself was not an option, as it could potentially cause a stir. Parking at a nearby hotel meant he could easily drive to class the next day or find an alternative place to leave his car temporarily.

While en route, Lin Dong's thoughts turned to the house he had recently purchased. He had just finished giving instructions to Manager Zhang, who hadn't yet had the chance to arrange the necessary decorations. Besides, even if the work was completed swiftly, the place would need to be aired out to avoid issues with formaldehyde—a risk Lin Dong wasn't willing to take. Otherwise, he could have moved straight into the villa.

Upon reaching Jiangyang University, the driver conscientiously toured the area with Lin Dong. When asked to find a spot to freshen up, the driver, impressed by Lin Dong's luxurious ride, opted to take him to a four-star hotel. The security at the shopping mall, recognizing the emblem of the Flying Goddess on the car, quickly jogged over to guide them to a parking spot. It was common knowledge among the staff that someone of Lin Dong's stature, arriving in a Rolls Royce, deserved exceptional service.

After the ride, Lin Dong paid the driver, who then departed on a foldable electric scooter. Lin Dong proceeded to the hotel lobby on his own. The decor was impressive, befitting a four-star establishment—spacious and exuding grandeur.

Two waitresses stood at the entrance, greeting guests. One, noticeably younger, stood out with her height, easily over 5'7", and striking good looks.

As Lin Dong approached, both waitresses greeted him with a slight bow. "Hello, how may we assist you today?"

"I need to book a room," Lin Dong replied.

"Would you prefer a single or a double room?" asked the beautiful young waitress.

"Just a single room for myself," Lin Dong confirmed.

The waitress began the booking process when suddenly, three people entered. A man flanked by two women. He sported a black T-shirt, a chunky gold chain, and a hairstyle reminiscent of a certain Teacher Guo, exuding the aura of a nouveau riche. The women, dressed to the nines, clung to him as they walked.

"Hey, miss, I need a big room for the boss here!" he bellowed, his gaze fixed on the taller waitress.

The waitress met his gaze and replied with a furrowed brow, "Sir, please hold on a moment. I'm currently assisting this gentleman."

"What do you mean 'assist him first'?" he retorted, slapping a BMW key down on the front desk with a loud smack. "Didn't you see my BMW out there? I should be first! I want the deluxe king room, two thousand a night!" He flaunted his arm, revealing an elaborate tattoo.

Lin Dong's frown deepened at the man's display.
