C9 Kill Them All!

"Get out? Why should I get out here? It's the middle of nowhere, not even birds bother to stop. What's the point of getting out?"

Liu Changqing feigned confusion.

"Quit your yapping, kid! If I say get out, you get out!" Qian Cheng snapped, clearly irritated by Liu Changqing's act.

"Fine!" Liu Changqing nodded and stepped out of the car, curious to see what Qian Cheng was really plotting.

The area was a tranquil valley, encircled by towering trees, with a waterfall cascading from the mountain peak into a lake below, shrouded in a misty serenity.

"Where's your chairman? Wasn't he supposed to meet with me? Or did he invite me here just to enjoy the view?" Liu Changqing scanned the surroundings, but Lee Canghai was nowhere in sight. Instead, he noticed that the group from the car had subtly encircled him, their gazes sharp, some even tinged with a hint of murderous intent.

"Have a chat? Hmph! Liu Changqing, do you really think so highly of yourself? What makes you think a billionaire would want to talk to you, especially after you've crippled his son?" Qian Cheng's demeanor suddenly turned menacing as he glared at Liu Changqing.

Lee Canghai had made it clear; he wanted Liu Changqing's head. It wasn't feasible to act in the bustling city, but here, a man could be killed without anyone the wiser. Now that Liu Changqing had followed them here, there was no longer any need for pretense.

Time to lay the cards on the table!

"Oh... I see how it is," Liu Changqing said coolly.

"Looks like you're planning to make a move on me?" He glanced at the encircling group, a sneer forming on his lips.

"Is this Lee Canghai's or Lee Ming's idea?" Liu Changqing asked, locking eyes with Qian Cheng.

"Our boss wants you dead!" Qian Cheng blurted out, convinced that Liu Changqing was as good as gone, so revealing this made no difference.

"Got it. So, what are you waiting for? Come at me, all of you!" Liu Changqing nodded, his tone nonchalant.

"Hahaha! Liu Changqing, I've seen my share of posers, but you take it to a whole new level. You want to go head-to-head? Fine! Today, you're going to learn what it feels like to have your 'third leg' taken out from under you!"

Qian Cheng's eyes turned icy as he finished his taunt. With a swift step, he launched himself forward like a missile, his hand clawing through the air, aiming for the most vulnerable part of the human body—the throat.

When a true master strikes, their power explodes forth in an instant!

He hadn't expected that a mere lackey sent by Lee Canghai would be a third-rate master. It seemed the Lee family's strength was not to be underestimated.

Yet, to others, a third-rate master might be formidable, but to an Immortal Cultivator like him, they were as insignificant as ants. Slaughtering them was no different from dispatching dogs!

"Is that so?"

Liu Changqing's voice, cold and detached, seemed to echo from the underworld itself. In that moment, his presence transformed completely.

The air around them grew thick and icy, sending shivers down the spine. Qian Cheng felt his attack slowing, as if moving through molasses.

"What the..."

His eyes bulging in disbelief, Qian Cheng found himself inexplicably frozen in place, unable to move as he charged at Liu Changqing.

"I warned Lee Ming not to mess with me. You ignored my warning and still sought my life. Now, I have no choice but to deal you death!"

Out of nowhere, a shadowy figure appeared before Qian Cheng, a hand already gripping his neck.

With a single hand, Liu Changqing hoisted Qian Cheng into the air.

Qian Cheng weighed a hefty 180 kilograms. The sheer strength required to lift him with one hand was astounding!

Qian Cheng's throat felt like it was in a vice, his attempts to struggle futile as no strength could be summoned in his limbs.

Stars danced before his eyes, his vision blurring, breaths coming in short gasps, and his heart pounding as if ready to burst.

"You fool, thinking you could cripple me? Today, you meet your end!"

With those words, Liu Changqing flung Qian Cheng aside. As Qian Cheng's body hung in midair, Liu Changqing channeled the spiritual energy within him and struck a nearby tree with his palm. A fierce wind roared to life, leaves rustling violently, as a flurry of green was torn from the branches, swirling through the air.

"Die!"

With a detached utterance, Liu Changqing watched as the swirling green leaves, as if summoned, surged towards Qian Cheng in midair.

"Ah!"

A scream of agony pierced the air as Qian Cheng's body was shredded amidst the myriad of green leaves.

Nothing but the bloodstains on the ground remained, silent testimony to the person who had just been there. Qian Cheng had vanished without a trace.

"Run! It's a monster!"

How could ordinary people have ever witnessed such a spectacle? The sight of green leaves slicing Qian Cheng into mincemeat was beyond belief, unfolding before their very eyes. If Liu Changqing wasn't a monster, what else could explain such power?

"Think you can offend me and just walk away? Hmph!"

In his past life, Liu Changqing was known for his decisive actions. His temperament may have softened in this life, but that didn't mean he would tolerate insults from just anyone. An Immortal Emperor's honor was inviolable; to dishonor him was to pay with one's life!

"Kill!"

Liu Changqing gestured towards the fleeing crowd, and in an instant, the airborne green leaves transformed into a massive blade. Striking with the ferocity of a thunderbolt, it skewered their bodies from behind, as effortlessly as threading kebabs.

"Boom!"

The greenery exploded, taking their fragile bodies with it.

In an instant, more than a dozen people were reduced to a bloody mist by Liu Changqing's hand.

"He who kills must be killed!"

Liu Changqing's expression remained cold, utterly unmoved by the carnage.

"Roar!"

As Liu Changqing was preparing to depart the scene of slaughter, a thunderous roar erupted from the lake ahead. The lake's center burst forth, sending water spraying like a geyser.

"Hmm?"

Liu Changqing's brow creased slightly. He hadn't detected anything amiss beneath the waterfall while clashing with Qian Cheng and the others.

The area was a natural haven—green trees, a reverse-flowing waterfall, a valley, a lake... It was as if the universe had been turned inside out, the five elements in disarray.

Initially, Liu Changqing hadn't realized this place was a Feng Shui formation. But now, with the emergence of this anomaly, it was clear: the valley was a grand Feng Shui array known as the Dragon Pointing Cave, and the focal point of the formation lay within the lake fed by the waterfall.

The air here was remarkably pure, and the trees around were more lush than anywhere else.

With a resounding "Bang!" another explosion echoed, casting a dark shadow from the depths of the lake.

Liu Changqing's gaze fixed on the increasingly distinct figure before him, his body shaking with the realization.

Before him was a colossal serpent, its massive head, the repulsive stench, and the flickering tongue all too evident. Yet, what truly stood out were the two gleaming golden horns atop the serpent's head and the dark, reflective scales beneath its neck.

A black flood dragon?

Liu Changqing had never anticipated encountering such a mythical beast here!

The flood dragon, kin to the dragon species, was distinguished by its claws—five for a dragon, three for a flood dragon.

This black flood dragon before him had already sprouted its dragon horns; it was merely a transformation away from evolving into a full-fledged, five-clawed black dragon!

It was astonishing that such a being could exist in Dookdil, where the spiritual energy was so scarce. This malevolent creature must have had some extraordinary experiences.

The black flood dragon seemed to relish the blood mist in the air, opening its gaping maw to draw in the lingering mist with a powerful suction.

With a thunderous "Roar!" the creature, still unsatisfied after consuming the blood mist, narrowed its pupils and fixed its gaze on Liu Changqing below.

It had been ages since it had tasted the flesh of the living, and the prospect stirred the black flood dragon's hunger.

"You vile beast, you dare covet me?" Liu Changqing couldn't believe he was facing a ravenous dragon, one that was salivating at the thought of him, no less. The thought was an affront to the noble Evergreen King.

In his past life, devouring dragon meat had been a trivial matter. Now, to be prey for a black flood dragon? Was this the karmic debt spoken of on Heavenly Sea Star?

With a "Boom!" Liu Changqing's palm cut through the air, causing the void to shudder. A colossal handprint materialized from thin air, slamming onto the black flood dragon's head.

The dragon let out a pained "Aooo!" Though the blow hurt, it did little real damage.

"It really is tough as nails," Liu Changqing muttered, his brow furrowing and his expression darkening.

"Boom!" Enraged at being struck by this insignificant human, the black flood dragon lashed out with its tail, sweeping up the lake's waters. In a moment, a towering water curtain surged through the valley, a deluge descending upon Liu Changqing, darkening the sky.

"Open!" Liu Changqing's fingers formed a sword gesture as he cleaved through the air, sending a blade of light slicing through, dispersing the water curtain. In one fluid motion, he stamped his foot on the ground and swiftly moved backward, narrowly avoiding the black flood dragon's sweeping tail.
