C161 Evil Man of the Night

The night was very dark and quiet.

There were no stars in the sky, nor was there a moon. The land on the outskirts of the North City was completely silent. The only thing that could be seen on the ruins was a cold glimmer of light that was reflected from the sky more than twenty kilometers away from the city.

In the midst of this empty ruin, an abandoned building stood alone in the darkness
