C14 Hidan

Hidan, seeing his plot unfold successfully, let out a sinister chuckle as he wiped the blood from his scythe.

"You've been cursed by me!"

"Heh..."

Hunt suppressed a smirk, thinking to himself, "Let the show begin!"

With a flourish, Hidan cast aside his bamboo hat, his movements exuding practiced ease and flair.

"The ritual is complete!"

"Come, join me in savoring the most exquisite pain!"

Hunt gazed at Hidan, now adorned with a skeleton tattoo, and mused, "This moment needs some background music!"

Clutching a pitch-black spear, Hidan snarled, "Brat, are you regretting that you insulted the messenger of the gods now? It's too late for regrets. I won't finish you off that easily. I intend to make you wallow in regret and perish in despair! Haha..."

Hidan's laughter grew wilder, his demeanor increasingly unhinged.

"Ugh, lunatic!"

"Hmph! On the brink of death, and still playing tough!"

Realizing he hadn't frightened Hunt in the slightest, Hidan's malice intensified. He clutched the dark spear and plunged it into his own thigh.

The spear pierced through Hidan's leg in an instant.

Upon witnessing this, Hunt promptly applied the God Level Healing Arts to himself. He was no masochist; he had no desire to feel pain.

Hidan turned to Hunt, who quickly feigned excruciating pain, clutching his thigh.

"Cough! It hurts, doesn't it? Excruciatingly so. Time for a reality check!"

"This is a divine command. Feel the fear!"

Hunt couldn't help but admire the masochist's fervent devotion.

Yet, he knew the greater the devotion, the deeper the pain and confusion when their faith eventually crumbled.

A sly smile crept onto Hunt's face as he continued to clutch his leg, feigning agony and terror as he watched Hidan.

Hidan, looking every bit the maniac, laughed even louder.

Kakashi, observing from a distance, was perplexed by Hunt's apparent vulnerability.

But there was no time to ponder; he needed to extricate himself from Kakuzu's grasp and come to Hunt's aid.

Kakuzu, however, perceptive as ever, was not about to let Kakashi escape.

"Is that boy your student? What's the matter, planning to rescue him?"

"Fire Escape: Head Assault!"

"Earth Escape: Earth Flowing Wall!"

In the midst of the chaos, Kakashi's Earth Flowing Wall, a technique from a dog-loving man, stood strong without losing a single head.

Confronted by Kakuzu's relentless attacks, Kakashi had to be extremely cautious. The Ninja he was up against was no pushover.

"I suggest you focus on our battle, or you'll end up dead! That kid has been cursed by Hidan, and I've never seen Hidan's curse fail. That kid is as good as dead!"

"Hmph!"

Kakashi's anxiety spiked upon hearing Kakuzu's taunt, his gaze frequently darting towards where Hong was.

Kakuzu, noticing this, smugly thought to himself, "Distracted during our fight? I'll definitely claim your head. This deal is as good as done!"

Meanwhile, Kakashi was oblivious to the fight with Kakuzu, as he was taken aback by his own God Level acting skills.

'I really missed out by not becoming an actor in my past life!'

Hong's performance was so convincing that it went completely undetected, showcasing his incredible talent.

Hidan, with a malicious grin, wielded his pitch-black spear, playing a gruesome game of "three cuts, six holes."

Wherever he struck, he pierced through the body with ruthless precision.

Maybe Hidan had his fill of torture because the pitch-black spear finally pierced through the heart.

"Hmph, kid, I'm bored of this game. You can die now!"

Hong gave his final bow with a pained howl before dropping his head and falling still.

"Hong! You bastard!"

Kakashi bellowed in rage at the sight, but he was utterly unable to break free from Kakuzu's grasp.

He had exhausted all his tricks, and just when he thought his Lightning Blade had finally taken down Kakuzu, it appeared to have done no damage at all.

If Kakashi hadn't been so drained, pausing to catch his breath, he might have rushed to Hong's aid and avoided Kakuzu's deadly ambush.

The sound of Kakashi's anguished voice reached Hong's ears, and he could no longer maintain his facade.

To the astonishment of Kakashi and the others, Hong slowly rose to his feet, dusted himself off, and said with a light chuckle, "Uh, sorry about that! Mr. Kakashi, I didn't expect you to think I was so weak that I'd be taken out by someone like him!"

"Hong, are you alright?"

"Impossible..."

With a look of contempt, Hong dismissed Hidan's concern. "Of course I'm fine. How could someone who worships a false god ever harm me?"

"Bastard, how dare you question the gods? Go to hell!"

In a fit of rage, Hidan gripped his pitch-black spear and repeatedly stabbed at his own wretched body.

He refused to believe that the gods had ever deceived him. His former adversaries were proof of that!

Hidan's madness intensified, and Hong looked at him with a gaze filled with pity.

"Just give it up. Your god is nothing but nonsense. He can't harm me in the slightest, no matter how many times you try!"

Hidan stared back at Hong, his face blank, his eyes clouded with doubt, his previous confidence vanished.

"No, you must have used some special trick to evade divine punishment. I will send you, a blasphemer, to face the gods and atone for your sins!"

Hidan lost all semblance of sanity, wildly swinging the Blood-soaked Three-moon Sickle at Hong in a chaotic frenzy.

Hong scoffed. "Hit a nerve, did I? Enraged and flailing in your last moments? Unwilling to accept the reality before you, lying to yourself? Truly pitiful."

"Slow Light!"

Without the Mangekyo Sharingan activated, Hong couldn't predict Hidan's attack pattern, and Hidan managed to dodge the Slow Light.

But Hong was prepared for this.

"Ice Escape: Ice Mirror!"

This was a technique Hong had developed himself, using Ice Escape Chakra to create one or more reflective surfaces.

While it might seem pointless to some, for Hong, who possessed the Slow Fruit ability, it was incredibly practical.

The Slow Light reflected off the Ice Mirror, striking Hidan from various angles. With no place to hide, Hidan was bathed in the Slow Light.

His movements became painfully sluggish in an instant.

Fear was the only thing left in his eyes as he realized he had lost control over his body, struggling to take even a single step as if his movements were slowed down immeasurably.

"What is this?"

Kakuzu watched the scene unfold with terror. After being hit by the light, Hidan's entire being seemed to have been slowed down, his actions so delayed that even moving a finger took an eternity.

"Was that light emitted by the young man? Could it be a Kekkei Genkai?"

Kakuzu's mind sounded a loud alarm. He absolutely could not allow himself to be struck by that light, or else...

Kakashi's eyes were wide with astonishment. Hong possessed such a fearsome power – it was indeed a formidable ability!

What concerned him wasn't just the debilitating Slow Light, but also the Ice Mirror that had appeared. It seemed Hong also commanded Ice Escape!

Hong was indifferent to Kakashi's thoughts at the moment. The powers at his disposal were more than sufficient to confront the might of Konoha.

"Now, it's my turn!"

Hong sneered menacingly, drawing the Heaven Leaning Sword and advancing towards Hidan.
