During the second endurance test, Choo Qin had no desire to stand out and simply maintained his usual performance.

A few boys who had come to spectate jeered, having expected Choo Qin to be a powerhouse, only to find his performance in the endurance test surprisingly lackluster.

The whispered comment elicited a round of laughter, causing several girls to blush.

Zhu Mo sighed and shook his head, encouraging Choo Qin to keep striving in the future, though he couldn't hide a hint of disappointment.

"The final test is upon us, and it's the most critical one: the strength test."

"Feel free to channel whatever you sense into your fists and strike the machine. Some have even sensed magic during physical education class!"

There stood a light blue wooden board with various scales marked on it.

"Choo Qin, you're up first. Just give it your all and hit it as hard as you can."

Zhu Mo once again took special interest in Choo Qin, prompting envious glances from some students below. They were curious about this new student's background and why the teacher seemed to favor him.

Yet, what he hadn't anticipated was the shock his punch would cause among the other students.

They had assumed that with Choo Qin's poor endurance, his strength wouldn't be impressive either and were ready to mock the new student.

But to their astonishment, he had punched clean through the test board.

They could hardly believe their eyes.

The blue wooden board had nine scales, and even a Level-Nine Apprentice channeling their magic power into a strike could only max out the energy.

Now, with Choo Qin having shattered it without any magical support, did he possess the strength of a Beginner Level Mage?

The training field was silent for a full five seconds before erupting into a cacophony of amazement.

Mi Xueyin, the classmate with the highest Magic Talent, also gave Choo Qin a surprised look, her mouth agape in astonishment.

Zhu Mo stood to the side, at a loss for words. He had been teaching at the Magic Academy for four or five years, yet this was the first time he had witnessed someone shatter the testing board.

Even for him, achieving such a feat would require considerable effort.

"Choo Qin, come with me. Mi Xueyin, continue with the testing," Zhu Mo said, pulling Choo Qin aside for the third time after recovering from his initial shock.

"Do you have any idea about your own performance?" Zhu Mo inquired.

Choo Qin shook his head. He had simply wanted to be a diligent student, not expecting to draw so much attention on his very first day, and now he found himself in quite the predicament.

"Without any magical enhancement, your speed is the best in the class, and it's safe to say your results are impressive even among the entire Beginner Class."

"However, your stamina is the lowest in the class, ranking even below that of the average person."

"And your strength has somehow reached the level of a Beginner Level Mage."

"Aren't you going to offer some kind of explanation?" Zhu Mo pressed, fixing his gaze on Choo Qin, searching for the truth.

"Explain?" Choo Qin shook his head again, at a loss for words.

Perhaps he should just come clean? He could simply reveal that he was actually a half-step Great Sorcerer who had come to learn about Runes.
