The door to the Marshal's office was pushed open.

A tall, muscular old man with a broad chest walked in.

There was a scar on his left eye. His eyes were blue and he had a head full of gray short hair. His shoulder pads were black and red.

The newcomer was Kapp, the naval hero!

"Boy, let me test your strength!"
