C18 The Big Dipper Heavenly Sect

Within the Big Dipper Mountain, our North Star Sect's countless Cultivation Methods, miraculous elixirs, and divine weapons lie hidden.

At the heart of our sect's grand hall stands a divine tree that produces a red fruit every century. Consuming this fruit can significantly boost one's cultivation level.

Beside the divine tree flows a Divine Spring, stepping into its waters purifies the flesh, expelling impurities and fortifying the physique.

Behind the mountain looms a towering spire that accelerates the gathering of spiritual energy. Training here makes progress swift and efficient.

The Divine Armament Repository and Pill Hall remain largely intact, though some areas have suffered grave damage, likely reducing their contents to dust.

As my life hangs by a thread, let the destined one seize this chance. Obliterate the Ultimate One Dao Sect entirely and avenge us!

Whoosh!

As Lu Yu finished absorbing the message, a red light streaked from the text, darting straight toward him.

In his current state of Spiritual Sense, Lu Yu had no means to physically evade the light.

"A curse?" Lu Yu scoffed, his Spiritual Sense radiating an overwhelming aura.

Puff!

The red light, meeting the might of Lu Yu's aura, dissipated like a feeble flame engulfed by a deluge.

"It appears that anyone else, blessed with such an opportunity yet failing to seek vengeance for the sect, would be doomed to perish under this curse," Lu Yu observed, his gaze serene.

In his past life, he had witnessed countless such events on his journey to the realm of a Daolord.

Some were transformed by serendipity, while many more met their end because of it.

After all, no pie falls from the sky without reason.

Clearly, this red light was the last curse left by the master of this microcosm.

Alas, this curse had now encountered Lu Yu.

Unbound by a physical form, his Spiritual Sense, though not nearly as potent as in its prime, still bore the essence of a Daolord's soul, impervious to such a trivial hex.

"A millennium-old divine tree, then? I shall visit it first." With a mere thought, Lu Yu vanished, reappearing within the sect's grand hall.

The grand hall of the sect remained a picture of disrepair, its once towering statue of the Ancestral Master now lay in ruins, shattered by vandals.

Lu Yu circled to the rear and laid eyes upon the divine tree. Countless years had left their mark, with the tree now heavy with bright red cinnabar fruits, its presence enveloping the area in a thick spiritual aura.

Despite the absence of spiritual energy near the Divine Spring, it still brimmed with a full pond of its sacred waters.

Returning to the Pill Hall, Lu Yu was disheartened to find a section destroyed, its medicines reduced to dust.

Yet, behind the Pill Hall, he discovered a medicinal garden. The herbs within had ceased their growth, starved of spiritual energy. But with the restoration of this microcosm, the infusion of spiritual energy would revive their vitality.

The Divine Armament Repository, shielded by Fu Lu, seemed impervious to the ravages of time, the weapons within retaining their keen edge.

Upon inspection, Lu Yu noted that most of the armaments were merely common magical artifacts, prompting him to lose interest.

The tower designed to enhance cultivation practices stood idle, its purpose lost without the surrounding spiritual energy.

Though much of this place lay in ruin, Lu Yu was confident that with proper repairs, this small domain could be brought back to its former glory.

Taking a deep breath, he retracted his Spiritual Sense from the realm.

"Fortune smiles upon me. With the right materials, mending this slice of heaven and earth is well within reach," Lu Yu whispered to himself.

With a sharp exhale, he pricked his finger, letting his blood fall upon the formation of his storage bag.

In an instant, the faint emblem that once adorned the bag vanished, replaced by a newly etched black dragon mark on the magical array.

From that moment forward, this small world was Lu Yu's to claim.
