The Old Town in the northern part of Beijing was as shabby as ever. There were no improvements at all. The only thing that changed was that there were more student workers crowded here.

Here, the fish and the dragons were mixed together. Almost all of the strange people in China were gathered here, but there were only a few who had real skills.
