Parked on the side of the road was a massive object - a black, metal-colored chariot, over ten meters long and four meters tall. To Gu Ming, this chariot was his greatest asset in this post-apocalyptic world. The origins of the apocalypse remained a mystery, but Gu Ming had his chariot, and that was all that mattered.

Setting down his telescope, Gu Ming patted his dog, Lucky, and lifted his four-year-old daughter into his arms. Her innocent expression, round face, and small mouth were his beacon of hope amidst the despair.
