If someone fired a Type-64 at you from fifty yards away, you let him. The odds of him hitting you were harder than winning the lottery, and even if he got shot by a blind cat or a dead rat, he'd only be able to scrape a bit of flesh, not cause much damage at all.

There was an actual case that proved this. In an operation, two policemen faced a group of criminals with sticks and bricks
