C1 Divine Forging System
In the 53rd year of Konoha, within the Village of Konoha in the Fire Country, six-year-old Tenno was intently perusing a Chakra Extraction scroll, eagerly assimilating the knowledge it contained.
As someone who had traversed time and space, he was acutely aware of the perils that lurked in the Naruto World. Without sufficient strength, he knew his life would be forfeit. Despite his tender age, he had no choice but to devote every moment of his free time to training, striving to bolster his abilities. After all, refining Chakra was the first step on the path to becoming a ninja.
As time ticked by, Tenno, lost in contemplation, was gaining insight into the nuances of Chakra extraction. Just then, his bedroom door burst open. A little girl peeked in, her voice sweet and childlike as she called out, "Brother, dinner's ready! Come eat!"
"Okay, Tiantian," Tenno replied, setting aside his work with a warm smile.
The girl with the bun hairstyle was Tiantian, known as the lesser-seen companion of Neji and Lee Rock in the original story. Her cuteness was undeniable, yet she had always been a background figure. Never had he imagined that in this life, he would be Tiantian's older brother.
He had been transported to the Naruto World, but he was not alone; he wasn't an orphan. He had a family—an ordinary yet harmonious household, complete with loving parents and an adorable little sister. They ran a weapon shop on the bustling streets of Konoha Village. His parents, being merchants, frequently traveled outside the village to procure goods. So, for the past few days, it had been just him and Tiantian at home, with the cooking duties falling to Tiantian, who had a fondness for the culinary arts.
"Big brother, try the food I made. Is it good?" Tiantian asked, her face brimming with hope.
After subsisting on instant noodles for several days, the sight of two steaming bowls of noodles on the table filled Tenno with delight. "Sis, you've outdone yourself!" he exclaimed, impressed.
The aroma of the noodles made his hunger surge. "Time to eat!" he announced.
The sounds of them slurping noodles filled the room.
Post-dinner, Tenno retreated to his room, unfurled the Chakra Extraction scroll, and resumed his training. It was commonly known that studying Ninjutsu while refining Chakra could significantly enhance the efficiency of the process.
Unfortunately, Tenno's parents were commoners, and their household lacked any Ninjutsu or Secret Arts scrolls.
Such scrolls are a family's, or even a village's, most treasured assets.
For many civilians, the only chance to encounter Ninjutsu was through the Ninja School; otherwise, they might never even learn to harness Chakra in their lifetimes.
Thus, before the Second Generation Hokage founded the Ninja School, nearly all ninjas in the village hailed from prominent clans, leaving civilians without the opportunity to join their ranks.
Thankfully, times have changed significantly since then.
Tenno's family, coincidentally, ran a Ninja tool business. While his father wasn't a ninja, his business dealings often brought him into contact with them.
Leveraging his connections, Tenno's father managed to acquire scrolls detailing Chakra extraction for his son.
Having absorbed the knowledge within the scrolls, Tenno closed his eyes, ready to begin the Chakra extraction process.
In the Naruto World, Chakra is simply another term for energy.
The extraction process involves harvesting energy from the body's 130 trillion cells, which is categorized into physical and spiritual energy.
Tenno utilized the techniques from the scroll to draw out these energies, experimenting with their convergence.
Before long, the first wisp of Chakra emerged within him!
The entire process took less than three minutes, remarkably smooth.
An electronic female voice echoed in his mind: "Chakra detected. Congratulations on activating the Divine Forging System!"
"Initiating system panel access!"
A semi-transparent virtual panel materialized before him.
Host: Tenno
Age: 6
Forging Level: Primary
Unlocked Weapons: None
Self-Created Weapons: None
"Divine Forging System?"
After a moment of surprise, Tenno regained his composure.
He pondered, "Is this a system designed to assist me in weapon forging?"
"No, if it's activated by the presence of Chakra, then it's likely not for crafting ordinary weapons. It could potentially create artifacts like the palm-leaf fan or the Six Realms Monk Staff."
Tenno's eyes sparkled with excitement.
He was deeply intrigued by the capabilities of the system.
Then, the system announced, "New Mission: Acquire 100 grams of crude iron."
"Upon completion, you will receive the primary forging blueprint for the Clone Kunai."
"Is the mission really this straightforward?"
"Do I just need to find 100 grams of crude iron to finish it?"
After a brief moment of doubt, Tenno quickly came to a realization.
It was likely that the system, being newly activated, was issuing simpler tasks.
Crude iron was among the most common of ore materials.
It was the primary ingredient for forging widely-used ninja tools like Kunai and Shuriken.
The Tenno family ran a weapon shop, and their backyard was stocked with plenty of unused crude iron.
He grabbed a chunk of crude iron the size of his fist, which was more than enough to complete his mission.
"Mission accomplished!"
"System reward has been distributed!"
Information flooded Tenno's mind in an instant.
He had just learned how to forge the Clone Kunai.
Clone Kunai.
Forging Difficulty: Low
Skill: It enables the user to instantly perform a bilocation technique, creating a Substance Clone.
With a deeper appreciation for the art of forging, Tenno marveled, "Such an extraordinary forging technique!"
He was eager to test this new skill right away.
"There's a small forge in the backyard; I'll try it out there!"
Night had fallen, but Tenno was too exhilarated to notice, his energy undiminished.
He dashed to the backyard's small forge.
He ignited the charcoal, pumped the bellows, placed the crude iron inside, and lifted the hammer to begin his work.
The rhythmic clinking of metal on metal filled the air.
Sparks scattered in every direction.
At just six years old, he had to muster all his strength to wield the hammer.
After several swings, he was spent.
Following a brief rest, he regained some energy and resumed hammering.
He persisted, swinging the hammer over and over.
Gradually, sweat dripped down his face as the Kunai began to take shape on the anvil.
Six hours later, Tenno gazed at the newly-forged Kunai, its surface gleaming with a dark sheen, his eyes brimming with irrepressible delight.
He had triumphantly completed his creation.
