Lin Shaodong was seething with rage.
His offensive prowess was fearsome indeed.
Yet Su Chen's Fierce Tiger Fist was even more savage than Lin Shaodong's punches.
"Seeking your own doom!"
A glint of icy menace flashed in Su Chen's eyes as he launched a punch.
This punch was monstrous in its ferocity, utterly reckless and wildly brutal.

The impact was staggering.
Lin Shaodong's fist shot out in response.

Their fists met in a thunderous collision.
It was an attack of raw power.
The onlookers were spellbound, uncertain who would emerge victorious. Shock was written all over their faces.
The intensity of their presence was formidable.

Their fists clashed, sending tremors through the very air. Su Chen's punch was undeniably fearsome.

A roar erupted, followed by a harrowing scream. Someone had hit the floor.

The crowd peered closer, only to see Lin Shaodong on the ground.
He was so overcome he nearly retched blood.
His face was a picture of defeat.
Su Chen's eyes sparkled at the sight.
His Fierce Tiger Fist had been devastating. Lin Shaodong's knees buckled, his body drained of all strength.
In essence, Su Chen had utterly overpowered him.
Observing Lin Shaodong's defeated state, Su Chen let out a cold, mocking laugh.
"Well? Anything left to say?" Su Chen asked with a composed air.
The spectators inhaled sharply.
Lin Shaodong, a boxing champion, had been unable to withstand even one of Su Chen's punches. The security guards felt a chill run down their spines.
Their confidence was shattering.
To them, the scene was beyond belief.
Yet in that moment, Su Chen simply smiled.
His composure was unshaken, his demeanor unaffected by the turn of events. Such was the steadiness of Su Chen's spirit.
He stepped right up to Lin Shaodong.
Su Chen looked him over with a critical eye.
"Got any last words?"
Su Chen taunted.
Lin Shaodong's form wavered under the scrutiny.

His voice quivered.
He found himself at a loss for words.

Su Chen brandished his fist with a hint of warning.
He spared no pleasantries for Lin Shaodong.
Lin Shaodong staggered slightly.
"I wouldn't dare!"
He gestured emphatically.
Now deeply impressed by Su Chen's prowess, he wouldn't dare show any further disrespect.
He hoped to gain some real insights from Su Chen—specifically, to learn from Su Chen's profound grasp of classical martial arts, which, in Lin Shaodong's view, had reached an extraordinary level of mastery.
He was practically a divine being.
Upon witnessing the scene, Su Chen cracked a smile.
"So, you want to learn from me? I can't just teach you for nothing. How about a little ceremony?" Su Chen suggested, his smile tinged with amusement.
Lin Shaodong's face twisted into an awkward grimace.
After a moment's contemplation, he dropped to his knees with a thud.

Despite feeling sheepish, Lin Shaodong managed to utter the words. Su Chen, too, felt a touch of embarrassment.
He promptly lifted Lin Shaodong to his feet.
"Now that you've chosen to be my disciple, as for Director Liu and Liu Dagang in the future..." Su Chen said, his tone laced with derision.
Lin Shaodong's head began to shake vigorously, like a bobblehead.
"Rest assured, Master. No matter what those two are up to, I won't follow their commands. From now on, my loyalty is to you alone!"
The others in the Security Department each let out a sigh.
It was clear to them that Lin Shaodong had capitulated to Su Chen, and they, as members of the Security Department, would naturally have to follow suit.
It was the only course of action available to them.
Su Chen merely chuckled and helped Lin Shaodong to his feet once more.
He had effectively brought these few under his wing.
Meanwhile, upstairs, Director Liu and Liu Dagang were on the verge of spitting blood, scarcely able to believe the turn of events.
For them, the sheer terror of the situation was beyond words. Both Director Liu and Liu Dagang felt a visceral urge to retch.
Their breaths came in short, sharp gasps.
"How could this happen?" Lin Shaodong was supposed to be his loyal underling, his right-hand man, and now, in the blink of an eye, he had pledged allegiance to Su Chen.
The change had come too swiftly, leaving Director Liu and Liu Dagang utterly unable to come to terms with it.
They were on the brink of tears.
At a loss for words.
Su Chen, unconcerned, departed from the scene and made his way upstairs.
And so the workday drew to a close.
For the remainder of the day, neither Director Liu nor Liu Dagang made any further moves against Su Chen.
