Athena led the God of Heaven race and joined the Star Alliance. With the exception of the Heavenly Emperor and Queen of Heaven, all the territories of the other God of Heaven were added to the Heaven's Net.

The two God Kings' territories were completely surrounded by the Sky Web, and when the Sky Web was activated, the strong, thick Sky Web instantly enveloped their territory
