C10 Bloodthirsty Fiend Sect Branch

A great sinner?

250,000 points?

Wow, this old man was that evil?

Who knew that taking down the Fiend Sect's vice sect master would be so lucrative!

Lee Cann's points tally shot up by 300,000!

Before him, the vice sect master dissolved into a swarm of dense white specks. As Lee Cann watched the glimmering lights, he could almost see the elderly, the young, the pregnant, and the children who had been slain by the vice sect master, bowing in gratitude for their redemption by his hand.

The white specks ascended slowly into the heavens and vanished.

"Hiss!"

A collective gasp of shock rippled through the crowd!

Not even a fourth-rank Martial Master could stand against him?

"The vice... The vice sect master... is dead?"

"Killed in one strike?"

"Ah! No way! I feel like running away!"

"Wow! Whoever just mentioned running, count me in!"

"Me too!"

"Take me along!"

The defeat of the Fiend Sect's vice sect master at the hands of Lee Cann dealt a crushing blow to the onlookers, as if the very foundation of their brazen confidence had been toppled.

The Fiend Sect's branch had lost its imposing presence!

When one person fled, it sparked a mass exodus, with Fiend Sect members scattering in every direction.

"Wan'er, I'm entrusting the rest to you."

Lee Cann turned and spoke to Mu Wan'er, who stood steadfast behind him.

Mu Wan'er gave a slight nod in acknowledgment of Lee Cann's request.

She affixed two dash talismans to herself, channeling Genuine Qi into her legs. The talismans activated, leaving a trail of afterimages in her wake.

Sword blossoms drifted from Mu Wan'er's hands in a deadly dance that, to the uninitiated, might seem like a visual spectacle.

Having instructed Mu Wan'er, Lee Cann quickly accessed the Merchant Shop and exchanged for several recovery pills.

The battle with the fourth-rank Martial Master had drained most of his Genuine Qi, and with three third-rank Martial Masters still within the Fiend Sect, Mu Wan'er was outmatched.

Lee Cann palmed the freshly exchanged recovery pills and tossed them into his mouth.

His body's Genuine Qi broke down the pills' potency, and a formidable aura radiated from him.

The Genuine Qi he had expended was now fully replenished!

Lee Cann shifted his gaze to the remaining three third-rank Martial Masters of the Fiend Sect, his eyes betraying the lethal intent of a venomous snake lurking in the shadows.

The trio had been momentarily shaken when Lee Cann dispatched their Vice Sect Master with a single strike. But upon witnessing Lee Cann's apparent frailty, their confidence swiftly returned. They were convinced that Lee Cann had depleted the majority of his Genuine Qi. Surely, three third-rank Martial Masters could overpower one whose reserves were nearly exhausted?

What they failed to anticipate was Lee Cann's ace in the hole—a system that made restoring Genuine Qi a trivial matter.

The notion that Lee Cann might possess recovery pills never crossed their minds. Such pills were a rare commodity, scarcely found even within the vast reaches of the Southern Tang Country, let alone a small county town. Unbeknownst to them, Lee Cann had already rejuvenated and was eyeing them intently.

As the three Martial Masters deliberated a joint attack, Lee Cann observed their hesitation and smirked inwardly. "At such a dire moment, you choose not to be vigilant? You're practically handing me the victory."

He was like a bow drawn taut, ready to unleash its arrow at the opportune second.

Now was the time!

Lee Cann burst forth like an arrow piercing the dawn, charging at the three third-rank Martial Masters with unstoppable momentum.

Caught off guard by his sudden advance, the Martial Masters quickly rallied, channeling their Genuine Qi to erect a formidable barrier before them.

Within Lee Cann, the Genuine Qi of the real dragon surged, fueling the Dragon Cry Sword with its formidable energy. The sword quivered, resonating with the power coursing through it, and unleashed a symphony of dragon cries.

With a nonchalant flick of his wrist, Lee Cann released a majestic golden dragon from the blade. The creature soared, tracing arcs in the sky before unleashing a torrent of roars at the Martial Masters.

"Roar!"

The sound waves, visible to the naked eye, rippled outward in pulsating waves. All but Lee Cann and Mu Wan'er felt their blood and Genuine Qi falter under the dragon's sonic assault, as the hurricane of roars swept over them, leaving no one untouched.

A momentary flaw appeared in the barrier erected by the three third-rank Martial Masters.

The golden dragon, coiling its massive body, lunged at the trio.

Its tail, spanning seven to eight meters, struck the barrier with force.

The barrier, a joint effort of the three Martial Masters, only momentarily halted the dragon's tail.

The tail lashed out, striking the Martial Masters squarely!

Simultaneously, they coughed up blood and were sent hurtling backward, crashing through a swath of buildings before their retreat was abruptly halted.

Blood mist and dust hung thick in the air.

Once the dust settled, anyone witnessing the scene would be utterly astounded!

The Martial Masters' arms were twisted into unnatural positions.

Blood not only trickled from their mouths but also stained their bodies as they lay amidst the rubble, barely clinging to life.

The golden dragon cast a disdainful glance around before retreating back into the Dragon Cry Sword.

Lee Cann approached the ruins, his Dragon Cry Sword sweeping horizontally with a swift motion.

"Shua! Shua! Shua!"

Heads tumbled to the ground.

The three third-rank Martial Masters were slain.

A pleasant voice rang in Lee Cann's ears, "Three third-rank Martial Masters killed. Reward: exchange points..."

Lee Cann had lost track of his points; his venture into the Fiend Sect had been incredibly lucrative!

With the third-rank Martial Master dead, chaos engulfed the Fiend Sect. No one dared resist or remain.

Although Mu Wan'er was a tenth-rank Martial Disciple, in the current turmoil, no one took notice of her level as they fell to her sword.

Her Fearful Kris, stained with blood, turned red. Channeling Genuine Qi into the blade, Mu Wan'er gave it a gentle shake, and the blood vanished, restoring the sword's black and white hues.

Mu Wan'er returned to Lee Cann's side, ethereal as a celestial being descending to earth.

"Young Master, all these wicked souls have been dispatched. Not one has escaped."

"Indeed, my Wan'er, you are the most formidable!"

Lee Cann affectionately teased, playfully scratching Mu Wan'er's nose.

Her cheeks instantly flushed a rosy apple red, a reaction the Crown Prince had never before elicited from her.

The Crown Prince seemed like a completely different person, yet somehow, he was even more impressive than before.

"Even though this is just a branch of the Fiend Sect, it's bound to be filled with treasures. Wan'er, let's scour the place together!" Lee Cann said, wrapping his arm around Mu Wan'er's slender waist.

Huh?

Her waist was surprisingly delicate.

Mu Wan'er had never experienced the embrace of another, especially not from the Crown Prince who was once engrossed in his paintings.

Blushing, Mu Wan'er bowed her head, her cheeks flushed to the tips of her ears, and she murmured a soft "hmm" in response.

Lee Cann, delighted by Mu Wan'er's bashfulness, joyfully led her through the Fiend Sect's domain.

"Young Master, this Bloodthirsty Sword may be a wicked item, but it's quite the valuable treasure. It's worth a fortune!"

"Mhm!"

With a grand gesture, Lee Cann stowed the Bloodthirsty Sword into his backpack.

"Young Master, this weapon is also a gem!"

"Young Master, this..."

"Young Master..."

Lee Cann was indiscriminate; if Mu Wan'er pointed it out, he promptly packed it away.

After a thorough exploration, the duo had combed through the entire Fiend Sect, and Lee Cann had amassed a trove of treasures.

He accessed his information panel:

"Name: Lee Cann."

"Title: Crown Prince of Southern Tang in the Land of Fertility."

"Rank: Third-tier Martial Master."

"Experience: 10,000/50,000."

"Weapon: First-grade magic weapon, Dragon Cry Sword, upgradable."

"Cultivation Technique: Dragon Emperor Divine Art (Incomplete), the esteemed martial art of the Southern Tang royal lineage."

"Exchange Points Available: 561,724."

"Backpack: Dash talisman x4, recovery pill x3, first-grade magic weapon: Bloodthirsty Sword, advanced mortal-grade: Meteor Hammer..."

The contents of his backpack were of little concern to Lee Cann; what truly captivated him were his 561,724 exchange points!

A single venture into the Fiend Sect had skyrocketed his points by over 560,000, leaving Lee Cann ecstatic.

"Wan'er, it's late. Let's head back to the inn. Tomorrow, we'll make our way back to the Imperial City."

"Alright, Young Master, you make the arrangements; Wan'er will follow your lead."

Lee Cann and Mu Wan'er made their way back to the inn in silence.

The night passed without conversation.

As the sky began to lighten with the first hints of dawn, Lee Cann stood at the window, gazing eastward.

My dear second brother, I have returned!
