The stone pillars or niches of the castle were carved with full-length images of German emperors. The entire building was grand and elegant, with an extraordinary atmosphere.

On the left wall hung a portrait of Charles the Great, Franz II, and others. The wall at the entrance to the second floor hall was painted with pictures of hot springs discovered by the Romans
