Mikoyan Design Bureau is the most famous Design Bureau in Bear Country. Their MiG-29 fighter jets have been mass-produced. However, this was only a type of Light Aircraft, even if two engines were stuffed in. At most, it would only be a medium-sized machine. It definitely wouldn't be enough for the Heavy Aircraft.
