Perched atop a towering mountain, the Crystal Lotus Palace was a series of nine palatial structures ascending like steps, each one leading to the next. Only by navigating through the first could one gain access to the subsequent palace.

Jee Yun and his companions swiftly ascended the peak, arriving at the threshold of the first of the Nine Palaces.
