The rooms in Temple of Heaven were divided into three levels.

The first tier was the Buddha Lotus Palace, the second tier was the Bodhisattva Palace, and the third tier was the Golden Body Palace.

The Hall of Golden Body was open to all under the heavens. As long as one had good intentions and a pious heart, they could live in it.
