The Primordial Beast exposed its vulnerable neck to Qin Mu, which took him by surprise. Typically, the neck is a lethal weak spot for many Primordial Beasts, including the one before him.

Yet, Qin Mu harbored no ill intentions. He poured out an entire bottle of medicine, and the giant tiger's wounds nearly healed.
