"I'm fine, just got a bit startled when I saw something unexpected," Egerton replied.

Out of nowhere, a ghastly face materialized before him, startling Egerton so much that he instinctively stepped back. He soon realized that the figure behind him had pulled a menacing mask from a bulging mass and was offering it to him.
