In the city of Bailu, at Hursel High School, Rollins, a sixteen-year-old student, dreams of excelling academically and winning the heart of the girl he admires. During a boring English class, he drifts off to a fantasy where he gains a "Divine Strengthening System," enhancing his abilities.
