The elder gestured invitingly.

The six-month timeframe was simply to ensure he had ample time to prepare himself, to ensure he possessed the means to defend himself upon his arrival at the Spirit Beast Sect.

"See, I told you Miracle Doctor Liu was extraordinary, able to diagnose a divine beast's ailment. He truly lives up to his reputation!" one villager exclaimed.

"Miracle Doctor Liu is indeed a man of great talent. My second aunt's daughter is still unwed. Perhaps they could be a match..." another mused.

"Oh, cut it out. Miracle Doctor Liu is a recluse, a true master. Would he even spare a glance for that pig?" a third scoffed.

It was only then that Liu Yangshuo realized he was encircled by the local townsfolk. He swiftly slipped into his modest clinic and bolted the door shut. After about thirty minutes, the noise outside gradually subsided.
