C14 Mr Tian I Was Wrong!

Ye Tian delivered a series of slaps to Hu Da's face, first left, then right, halting Hu Chuan and the other would-be attackers in their tracks.

They stared at Ye Tian, terror-stricken by his ferocity.

With a resounding "Bam!" Hu Da could no longer withstand the barrage of slaps and collapsed to the ground, his face swollen to the likeness of a pig's head.

Blood trickled from the corners of his mouth and nose, and his front teeth were nowhere to be seen.

"Now it's your turn," Ye Tian said, rubbing his hands together as he approached Hu Chuan and the rest of the lackeys.

"Mr. Tian, we were wrong. We'll never dare again."

"Mr. Tian, you're my hero. Take me under your wing. I'll follow your lead from now on."

"Mr. Tian, please, no more. We yield..."

Before Ye Tian could even lift a finger, Hu Da and the remaining lackeys promptly knelt before him with a thud, plastering on obsequious grins.

"You guys..." Hu Chuan looked on with contempt at those groveling at Ye Tian's feet, itching to berate them for their shamelessness and cowardice.

But within a heartbeat, he too buckled.

"Mr. Tian, I was wrong. I swear I'll never dare again. Have mercy on me," Hu Chuan pleaded, forcing a rigid smile.

The man kneeling beside him caught sight of Hu Chuan's act and mentally flipped him off, filled with utter scorn.

Ye Tian couldn't help but laugh at their antics.

"Quite the timely change of heart. Have you realized you're no match for me?" Ye Tian said with a cold chuckle.

"Hehe, Mr. Tian, we were misled by this guy, right?"

"Yeah, it was these two brothers' idea. They said we were to fight evil, but who knew it'd be you, Mr. Tian."

"Exactly, it's all their fault."

The men quickly shifted the blame onto Hu Da and Hu Chuan.

Hu Chuan internally cursed their lack of honor, yet managed a strained smile. "Not me, Mr. Tian. I told them there was no issue, but my brother here was hell-bent on revenge. I apologize, Mr. Tian. I won't dare again."

"Haha..." Ye Tian chuckled.

He had encountered his fair share of shameless lowlifes, but this was a new low.

He couldn't stand to watch any longer.

"Keep it up, keep on pretending. I'm curious to see how long you can keep this charade going," Ye Tian remarked.

"Mr. Tian, I swear on the heavens and earth, my intentions are pure."

"Mr. Tian, so are mine."

"Mr. Tian, I'm truly sincere as well. It's all their fault, those two brothers."

Just as Ye Tian was about to deliver a slap, Meiniu interrupted with a warning.

"Alert, the Alliance's internal patrol is approaching. Alert..."

"Great timing," Ye Tian cursed inwardly, his glare intensifying on Hu Chuan. "Next time I catch you, I'll break your legs."

"You guys, beat him until he can't get up, and I'll spare you."

"Understood, Mr. Tian. We'll make sure he doesn't get up," the men responded, quickly encircling Hu Chuan and unleashing a barrage of blows.

"Ah..."

Hu Chuan's cries of agony filled the air as Ye Tian seized the moment to slip away.

Driving through the streets in his McLaren, Ye Tian, comfortably seated at the wheel, was in high spirits.

Soon after, he arrived back at his newly rented luxury apartment. Surveying the spacious bedroom and the finely decorated interior, his mood lifted even further.

"Meiniu, call Shaosi and Ling. I'm in the mood for some fun," Ye Tian called out, stretching out on the large bed.
