C16 Terror night
The moment I opened the window, I saw huge drops of rain on my face. I used my flashlight to illuminate a small area outside, but it was so dark that I couldn't see exactly what was going on.
But in the darkness, I was sure that the amount of water that had accumulated on the road was not shallow. A car had suddenly passed by, splashing more water than a small bush, and after the car had left, the ripples would not subside for a long time.
I asked them to find something to protect the body. They searched in the storeroom for a long time and finally found a roll of plastic paper. There was no way to cover the body with plastic paper to prevent it from getting damaged by the rats.
"Dean Dong, you guys stay here for now. I have other things to do outside." After giving them some important instructions, I left the room, leaving Dean Dong and four other doctors behind.
Once again into the darkness, if I'm not mistaken, there's only one place on the fourth floor. The girl couldn't have gone anywhere else, and I saw her come running up, so I lit the stairs and looked up. There was no one at the foot of the stairs, so I quietly made my way up to the fourth floor.
The emergency light at the door had gone out, and I almost tripped over the doorframe. Fortunately, I had to hold on to the wall to keep from falling down, and when I got to the right spot, I shouted out the name of the little girl to the empty fourth floor. The sound of the space knocked against the wall reached my ears, but I didn't hear the answer I wanted to hear.
Suddenly, from who knows where, a "yiyiyiyaya" sound came out. I immediately tensed up and scanned the surroundings with my flashlight. Only then did I realize that it was my phone ringing continuously.
"Huo Zhong, we really have no way of getting out of the police station right now. The cars with high chassis have all been dispatched to provide support, and a pole of wires on the south side of Shanghainan Road has fallen, falling right on the side of the shop. There are a lot of people in the shop trying to avoid the rain, so we have to go first."
"Is there really no way to come here? Just send me a medical examiner. A murder case has occurred here." This situation was like a flood of endless darkness … Insufficient Hands... The dead and the hidden killers, I snarled irritably into the phone, but it didn't work.
"We really have no choice, we can't even support them with the current situation. I heard from Huang Wei that one of the three police cars that was sent out just now had its chassis shut down because it was too low. Currently, there are no more than two police cars left in the police station, and the number of police officers is less than five. How do you expect me to command?" I could probably tell from Luo Song's tone that the situation over there was definitely worse than what was going on here.
I hung up the phone and was about to put the phone back in my pocket when an unknown object hit me from above. I let go of my hand in pain, and the phone flew out of my hand. I tried to use the flashlight to see if it was a person or something, but just as I turned around, a blunt object hit me in the face.
Although it wasn't particularly painful, the flashlight in my hand was taken away by someone else. I sank into complete darkness. I faced the empty space, not knowing where the other person was at. I randomly cursed out but didn't get a response from anyone.
Only the cellphone on the floor still glowed faintly. As time passed, the screen went completely black. My entire body tensed up, ready for defense. The surroundings were as quiet as a grave.
Just as I was about to bend down to pick it up, I suddenly felt a surge of strength behind my back and my body loses its balance and falls to the ground. Fortunately, my hands supported the ground, otherwise, my head would have directly kissed the ground.
"Who is it? Come out if you have the guts!" I shouted towards the direction of the force I just exerted. I casually threw a few punches, but they didn't hit anything. All of them missed.
I wanted to leave the floor, but because of the change in position, I had completely forgotten where I had come from. I felt especially helpless, having lost my sense of direction.
Suddenly, in the darkness, a light came on, illuminating the man. She had her back to me, but I could tell from the long hair that she was a woman.
Who was she, and why was she putting on an act?
I hurried over and grabbed her shoulder, and she didn't resist. I turned her body so hard that the moment she turned around, my hand suddenly went limp and weak.
"Ding Zhu?" I finally saw that face. I have already seen that face for five years, it definitely was Ding Zhu. I asked her, didn't you come home from work?
She shook her head and said, "I'm looking for you. Why aren't you welcoming me?" The more she said it, the more I thought something was wrong, but there was no other idea.
"Welcome is welcome, but why are you here in this mental hospital?" I grabbed her by the shoulders and asked her what was going on, but she was staring straight ahead like a human figure.
I stared hard at the face, and suddenly her face began to rot and melt, and blood began to flow from it, and I let go of it, and I looked at it numbly, and I yelled at her, "Tinker, what's going on, you answer me!"
I looked at the blood splattering all over me, but I didn't know what to do. Her hair was falling to the ground in clumps, and soon she was covered in it. After peeling off her skin, she suddenly put her face close to mine, trying to escape, but her feet weren't under her control.
The familiar face had vanished, and the face beside me had become a man's face. His head had been cut in half by the axe, but the axe had not completely cut off his face. It was still embedded in his face.
"Huo Zhong, as long as I kill you, everything will be over. Let me kill you, you don't need pain, we can be free." The man's left hand gripped the handle of his own axe. He swung it at me, and I fell to the ground in fright.
I recognized the face, and I couldn't help but tremble all over. If this didn't work out, I would definitely be killed, but my hands were trembling uncontrollably.
He limped over to me with the axe, and I sat on the floor, my hands and hips moving backward. "It's obviously over five years ago, and it's not my fault that you didn't come …" Like a girl, I covered my ears with my hands and refused to listen to any of the man's words.
I didn't know what was going on. I just felt a blunt blow to the back of my head, and then my senses slowly faded until they disappeared. I lay on the ground and looked at my cell phone, which was emitting a faint light not far away …
A little girl walked over and picked it up. She was holding a round object in her hand. She looked at the cell phone in her hand and asked the round ball in her left hand, "Crystal ball, crystal ball, do you think people will die?"
The so-called "crystal ball" didn't answer her question, but she said to herself, "If people can't die, then why are both her parents gone …"
What she said later, I could not hear her at all. I did not feel any movement.
I don't know what time it was when I woke up, or what time it was. Just as I regained consciousness, I saw an unfamiliar face. Luo Ling patted me on the face, "Wake up …" What were you talking to yourself about here? "
He woke me up. I looked around me and it was still pitch black. I was pretty sure it was still night, so I rubbed the back of my head. Although I didn't get up, a light touch would cause a lot of pain, so what happened should be true.
When I asked Luo Ling what was going on, he told me that he had been standing in the middle and talking to the air for a long time. "Just now, you were standing there by yourself as if you had gone crazy."
I don't know why my impression of the situation he described was so different. I clearly remember that I saw Ding Ding...
