C4 Iron Fist Liu Kun

"Slap!"

Xue Lan's silence would have been preferable, but her audacity to claim she was Ann Xin's best friend set Ye Luo's rage ablaze.

In her past life, Xue Lan bore significant blame for Ann Xin's death. Seduced by the tens of thousands of yuan from Gu Jun, she had delivered Ann Xin straight into the lion's den. Ye Luo's loathing for Xue Lan even surpassed his hatred for Gu Jun.

With a swift slap, he sent Xue Lan crashing into the corner of the private room. He followed swiftly, seized her hair, and repeatedly smashed her head against the wall.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

...

Over a dozen blows left Xue Lan's face unrecognizable. Yet, Ye Luo's restraint ensured the beating was not lethal.

As Ye Luo administered the punishment, Gu Jun had managed to drag himself to the doorway, desperate to escape at any cost.

A crowd had gathered at the entrance, a mix of onlookers and security personnel from the elite families. Witnessing Gu Jun's pitiful state and the cries emanating from within, they collectively gasped.

"Who is that guy? How did he get so battered? Who did he cross?"

"Who knows? But whoever did this has guts, attacking someone in the Supreme Wealthy Class. This is Master Guu's turf, and I bet the attacker is in for a rough time."

"Indeed. Anyone who's ever stirred trouble on Master Guu's ground has paid dearly for it."

Overhearing the bystanders, Ye Luo glanced back to see Gu Jun at the doorway, his pleas for help muffled.

"Trying to leave?" Ye Luo flung Xue Lan aside, cradled Ann Xin in his arms, and charged to the entrance. He planted his foot squarely on Gu Jun's face. "Did I say you could go?"

"Who are you to wreak havoc in the Supreme Wealthy Class? You have five seconds to think it over. Put her down and come with me, or you'll live to regret it!" A middle-aged man stepped forward, his voice stern and authoritative as he confronted Ye Luo.

"Iron Fist Liu Kun, one of Master Guu's most formidable enforcers, is the one who's shown up? That kid's definitely in for it now," someone mused to themselves.

Liu Kun, known for his iron fists, was a legend in the circle. Rumor had it that he once took on over a dozen knife-wielding thugs barehanded to protect his sister, earning his reputation in a single fight. Grateful for Master Guu's benevolence afterward, he joined his ranks, taking charge of security.

There had been plenty of instances where individuals, emboldened by their clout or cunning, stirred up trouble on Master Guu's turf. Yet, whenever Liu Kun stepped in, no problem remained unsolved. Word was, the count of limbs shattered by his iron fists had hit the hundreds.

Ye Luo remembered Liu Kun from his past life. When Ann Xin met with trouble here, Gu Jun and his cohorts, banking on their family's influence, got off scot-free. It was Liu Kun who reported the incident to his boss, Guu Tianxiong, and called the police. Guu Tianxiong even compensated Ann Xin's family with two hundred thousand yuan for their loss.

Ye Luo understood that Guu Tianxiong's gesture was merely to smooth things over, given that Ann Xin had died on his watch. Nevertheless, Ye Luo hadn't forgotten the act of goodwill.

"Help me, I'm from the Gu family, I am Gu Jun... wuwu," Gu Jun wailed pitifully on the ground, tears and snot mingling on his face.

Liu Kun glanced at Gu Jun, his brow furrowing. The Xiangshi Group had a notable presence in Linhai, and with Gu Jun being its heir, the fallout from his public beating wouldn't be easy to manage.

"Liu Kun, I've no interest in clashing with you. Step aside. As for the details, you can investigate whether these lowlifes deserved their beating," Ye Luo stated, his tone even and courteous.

The bystanders inhaled sharply upon hearing Ye Luo's words, a collective murmur of astonishment rippling through the crowd.

You've got to hand it to the kid; he's got nerve, talking to Liu Kun like that. Has he been living under a rock, not to know about Iron Fist Liu Kun? And if not Liu Kun, surely he's heard of Master Guu.

Liu Kun himself was taken aback. Ye Luo's tone carried no fear, almost as if he was above squabbling with him. This was both surprising and thrilling for Liu Kun.

"Whatever your reasons, you can't just beat someone up and walk away. Come with me. We'll get to the bottom of this." Liu Kun positioned himself, ready to strike.

"And if I refuse?" Ye Luo's expression grew stern. He respected Liu Kun to a degree, but that didn't mean he'd let him stand in his way. He had sensed something off with Ann Xin's condition—she must have been drugged—and he was desperate to get to her aid.

"Then you'll leave me no choice." Liu Kun advanced, his fist aiming for Ye Luo's shoulder.

It was clear he was pulling his punches, likely just trying to subdue Ye Luo.

"Liu Kun's made his move, and with such speed! Can the kid even block it?"

"Unlikely. How many in Linhai City can withstand Liu Kun's iron fist?"

"True, but the kid did take down a bunch of people. Maybe he's got a trick or two up his sleeve."

"A couple of tricks don't mean he can go toe-to-toe with Liu Kun. How many so-called masters have been laid out by his fist over the years?"

"Bang!"

Amidst the chatter, a thunderous impact cut through the noise.

Liu Kun's fist halted less than half a meter from Ye Luo's shoulder, not by his own volition but because it was met with an immovable force—Ye Luo's fist.

The fists collided, and though Ye Luo's seemed smaller, size didn't always determine strength.

"What just happened? Who came out on top?"

"Do we even have to ask? Liu Kun must have won, but the fact that the kid blocked his punch is no small feat."

But in that moment, Liu Kun's face was a portrait of agony, as he realized that at least three of his finger bones were shattered.

Renowned for his iron fist, Liu Kun's punches, which could exert a force of over 800 kilograms and punch through steel, had now left him with broken fingers?

Meanwhile, Ye Luo's left hand was still cradling a woman, and his serene expression suggested he hadn't even used his full strength.

"You're one of Guu Tianxiong's men?" Despite having a hunch, Ye Luo posed the question.

Liu Kun nodded woodenly, still reeling from the shock.

"Go ask Guu Tianxiong if he can tolerate the excruciating pain at the Soul Gate and Soul House acupoints night after night. If he can bear it, then disregard my words. If he's looking for trouble, he's welcome to try. But if he can't handle the pain, tell him to come find me. My name is Ye Luo, and I'm sure someone with your resources won't have trouble locating me."

With that, Ye Luo withdrew his fist, glanced down at Gu Jun lying at his feet, and nonchalantly stepped on Gu Jun's groin.

Gu Jun let out a wail like a pig facing slaughter.

The onlookers were stunned. Even with Liu Kun present, Ye Luo had the audacity to inflict pain, and with such ferocity. That stomp seemed to echo with the sound of eggs cracking.

What baffled them most was Liu Kun's inaction; he simply stood by and watched.

Ignoring the crowd's stares, Ye Luo carried Ann Xin and headed for the exit.

A few bewildered security guards quickly moved to block Ye Luo's way.

"Step aside, let him pass," Liu Kun commanded. Without protest, the crowd parted, watching as Ye Luo, with Ann Xin in his arms, vanished from their sight.
