C17 I Want to Buy a Villa!

"Eh, Bai Feng? The Taekwondo champion, Bai Feng?"

"Yes, that's him!"

Bai Feng, a true native of Irethhone City, had made a name for himself across the nation.

At just twenty-six, he had stormed through the National Taekwondo Competition, dominating his way to the championship. His striking looks only added to his allure, winning over a legion of adoring fans.

Bai Feng also held another title: he was the former president of the Irethhone University Taekwondo Club.

Rumor had it that before Bai Feng graduated, he frequently led the Taekwondo Club in challenges against the various martial arts clubs at Irethhone University.

The Martial Club, in particular, faced his suppression numerous times, leading many of its members to defect to the Taekwondo Club and nearly causing its dissolution on several occasions.

It wasn't until Bai Feng's graduation that the Martial Club began to recover.

Jiang Nan might not have been from Bai Feng's cohort, but Bai Feng's reputation was legendary to him.

During his time at Irethhone University, Bai Feng had been determined to topple the Martial Club but ultimately failed.

Now he's back, and it's unlikely he's here to make amends with the Martial Club.

"Heh, looks like the Martial Club has been doing quite well in recent years." Bai Feng surveyed the room, his gaze settling on Chen Hao before he scoffed, "I've heard you've even brought in a so-called 'expert.' Mr. Chu, is this the Chen Hao you mentioned?"

"Exactly, that's him," Chu Mu said through clenched teeth.

Mr. Chu?

Upon hearing the name, Chen Hao began to piece together the backstory.

This Mr. Chu must be the Chu Mu that Mo Huaixi referred to. Although Chen Hao was unsure what he had done to provoke him, it was clear Chu Mu wasn't ready to let things go after the welcome party.

In less than a day, he had called in a Taekwondo champion.

Clearly, Bai Feng's visit wasn't about the Martial Club; he was here for Chen Hao.

"Hello, you must be Chen Hao," Bai Feng approached with an outstretched hand and a smile, "I've heard you can split granite with your bare hands. I find that quite intriguing. Would you be interested in a friendly spar?"

Chen Hao dismissed the challenge with a shake of his head, "Why should I spar with you?"

"Oh? Are you saying you're too scared?" Bai Feng squinted his eyes, his disdain growing.

Chen Hao nodded, "Exactly, I'm scared. So please, leave. I won't bother to see you out."

Bai Feng was momentarily at a loss for words. He had come to put Chen Hao in his place, but as a man of standing, he couldn't just start a fight over a disagreement.

But what to do if Chen Hao refused to accept the challenge?

It was then that Chu Mu spoke up from behind, "Chen Hao, I thought you were tough. Are you admitting you're scared now? It looks like you're not so formidable after all. Well, I'd advise you to think twice before you consider messing with Mo Huaixi again, or I'll have plenty of ways to make you regret it!"

Mo Huaixi?

I see...

It was a woman causing the trouble, yet I haven't done anything to Mo Huaixi.

Feeling unjustly accused, Chen Hao was about to retort when several hot-headed members of the martial club blurted out, "Let's fight then! What's so impressive about a Taekwondo practitioner? Our Senior Chen Hao can shatter granite with a single punch. I bet you're too delicate to handle a real hit!"

"Yeah, as if we're scared of you."

"If you're not scared, then step up!"

With a resigned sigh, Chen Hao realized that avoiding the fight now would only damage his reputation.

"Fine, choose the time and place. But just so you know, I don't hold back. If you get hurt, don't expect me to cover your medical expenses."

Upon hearing this, Bai Feng burst into laughter, "You've got quite the sense of humor, junior. Alright, let's make it seven tonight at the Irethhone University Stadium. I look forward to it."

"Heh, not planning to play dead this time, are you?" Chu Mu sneered from behind.

Shortly after, Bai Feng and his group departed, leaving the members of the martial club still seething with indignation.

"He may look impressive, but he's actually nothing special."

"Exactly, Senior Chen Hao, you can rest easy. That kid looks so scrawny, he probably couldn't even handle one of my punches. If you step up, it'll surely be over in one round."

While the others were pumping him up, Jiang Nan spoke up with caution, "We shouldn't underestimate Bai Feng too much. After all, he's a champion. Plus, some of our martial club seniors have mentioned that Bai Feng is extremely ruthless. This isn't just a no-rules one-on-one fight; even in a regulated match, he looks for ways to harm his opponent."

He then turned to Chen Hao and inquired, "Senior Chen Hao, how confident are you about this fight?"

"Confidence? Not really sure. Maybe just about ten percent. The other ninety is just hoping I don't get struck by lightning out of the blue."

Jiang Nan just sighed in response.

By six forty in the evening, the Irethhone University Stadium was bustling with hundreds of spectators.
