C2 Allround System Smooth Life!!

"This kid really knows how to stir things up. Fong Guode almost had to give him mouth-to-mouth a minute ago!"

"I agree. He's just trying to grab everyone's attention!"

"He's already at the bottom of the barrel. A little lower won't make much difference."

"That comment is a bit off the mark, considering we were all having a good laugh just before."

The students in the classroom had little respect for Yan Xin's antics. It was ridiculous for a student with such poor grades to volunteer to answer a question. It was as ludicrous as expecting a pig to play pool.

Yan Xin paid no mind to his classmates' reactions and strode confidently to the podium. He picked up the chalk and started writing the answer.

The trigonometric functions problem was admittedly tough. Even though he had memorized the knowledge he had just seen, applying it was another challenge altogether.

Yan Xin took five minutes to work through the problem. Then, with a flourish, he tossed the chalk aside and sauntered down from the podium.

Upon entering, Fong Guode was taken aback.

And he wasn't the only one—the entire class was dumbfounded!

Yan Xin hadn't completely cracked the problem, but he had managed to cover the blackboard with all the relevant trigonometric functions knowledge.

The guy had laid out everything related to the topic in a clear and organized way!

"Holy smokes! Yan Xin can actually do math!"

"Hit me with a piece of chalk after class. Maybe I'll start acing math problems too."

"I doubt it. He probably just got lucky and had seen this problem before."

The class was a mix of awe and skepticism, but Yan Xin didn't let it bother him.

The thrill of solving a tough problem was exhilarating!

Yan Xin would never again scoff at those nerds who recited facts and figures as they walked. He had been a sparrow unaware of the swan's grand aspirations!

"Your answer is correct! The process was a bit long-winded, and you included some unnecessary formulas, but you got the right result! You deserve commendation!"

"Ding! Task completed. Reward: 5 points!"

"Ding! Earned the teacher's praise. Reward: 10 points!"

The system's robotic voice echoed in Yan Xin's mind!

"Great! Now, let me show you all a simpler way to solve this problem."

Yan Xin had no time to spare for the teacher's explanation. As soon as he settled back into his seat, he swiftly accessed the system store.

The store was organized into three tiers: the Basic Support Division, the High-tech Division, and the Unlimited Black-tech Division. The latter was shaded in dark tones, with a line of striking red text beneath the title indicating that the Unlimited Black-tech Division would unlock automatically after a certain number of High-tech Division projects were activated.

The Basic Support Division comprised three sections: Professional Skills, Encyclopedia, and Experience Cards, encompassing all facets of fundamental life skills.

The High-tech Division boasted a vast array of academic knowledge, spanning subjects like mathematics, medicine, physics, materials science, mechanical engineering, biology, and energy science, among others.

Yan Xin was utterly amazed by the extensive range of disciplines displayed on the system's screen. The system truly lived up to its name as the Omnipotent Learning God System!

He mused, "If I could master all these subjects, I'd become the top all-around tech genius in Dragon Country!"

Many of the technologies in these domains already existed, yet numerous world challenges, particularly in physics and mathematics, remained unsolved. Solving just one could send shockwaves around the globe!

Yan Xin couldn't help but laugh giddily. Despite the system's initial put-down, its capabilities were impressive. Still, two things greatly disappointed him.

Firstly, even with the system, he was responsible for his own learning. Thankfully, the Basic Gift Pack had granted him a Photographic Memory skill.

Secondly, he was forbidden from engaging in sexual activity with a woman before earning his PhD, or he'd face lethal consequences from the system—a truly vexing rule!

"Weren't you the first to clamor for lunch? Why haven't you left now that class is over?" Liu Ying was already packing up her bag, while Yan Xin remained lost in his goofy grin.

"He's definitely lost it! I'm heading out!" Liu Ying, witnessing Yan Xin's behavior, was eager to make a swift exit.

"If you manage to rack up ten hours of study by the end of today, I'll award you 50 points!" the system announced.

Yan Xin glanced at the clock on the wall. It was already noon. With just twelve hours until tomorrow, the system expected him to study for ten of them?

Yan Xin, reaping the rewards of being an honor student, took a bite of his bread and settled in for more studying in the classroom over lunch.

"Dad, Mom, I'm home!"

Yan Xin rapped on the door. His parents were likely back by now.

Watching his mother bustling about the kitchen, Yan Xin touched his nose, feeling a twinge of something.

His folks had uprooted from the countryside, uneducated and selling off the family home, all to rent a tiny place in Y City. Their sacrifice was for one reason: to give him access to the city's superior education.

But Yan Xin often felt like a fool.

The college entrance exams loomed, and failure wasn't an option. Without a university spot, his future looked bleak.

His dad had even lined up a fallback plan, talking to the local auto repair shop about a job for Yan Xin, just in case. If college wasn't in the cards, he could turn wrenches for a living.

Yan Xin might very well end up a mechanic.

He'd once consoled himself with the thought that, in a way, he was attending a university—a university of life.

"How was your day? Tired?" Yan Xin's mom emerged from the kitchen, bearing a steaming bowl of noodles stewed with cabbage and pork.

"Not too shabby! You might not believe it, but I could be a genius!" Yan Xin eyed the dishes on the table, his mouth watering.

"Don't kid yourself. You've got a knack for fixing cars, sure, a mechanical genius, maybe. But a study genius? Not so much," his dad retorted, having long since lost faith in Yan Xin's academic prowess. He'd struggled in school from the start.

His dad had once dreamed of his son's success in business, but now, he just hoped for a steady hand at the auto shop.

"Dad, relax. I'm not going to end up a mechanic. Just watch me these next two months. I'll get into a great college!" Yan Xin declared, fists clenched with resolve.

Finishing his declaration, Yan Xin grabbed his chopsticks and dug in. His parents exchanged a wordless, resigned look.

Despite his academic shortcomings, Yan Xin was trustworthy and sharp. He wouldn't be easily taken advantage of in the real world. Let him boast for now.

"I'm finished!"

Yan Xin pushed away from the table and headed straight for his room.

His parents sighed in resignation. Moments ago, Yan Xin had been full of assurances about his studies, yet ten minutes into his meal, he was off to his bedroom. They suspected his computer games were calling.

After dinner, Yan Xin's mother tidied up the dishes and was getting ready to take some fruit to her child. But as she opened the door, she stopped dead in her tracks, utterly astonished.

Yan Xin was actually studying!
