Fuck, fifteen years, what did this guy do to get locked up for so long?

Black Bull said that it seemed like it was because of a intentional injury case seven years ago. He heard that this guy had beaten their eyeballs out of their sockets and then was locked up in the prison.

"That's not right, wasn't he sentenced to fifteen years? How come he was released after only seven years? " I asked
