Sadly, such high-level techniques were usually passed down from teacher to pupil, and any surviving records were written in the ancient language.

Due to the obscurity of the language and the lack of resources to decipher it, the highest level of cultivation technique that currently existed in Blue Star was only at the Profound Level.

It was a formidable amount of power that no ordinary warrior would even have a chance to cultivate.

Su Yi just happened to fall into this ordinary warrior category.

If he abided by the rules of the academy, no matter how outstanding his performance was, he could only obtain a single, Heaven Level cultivation technique at most.

But with the help of the Comprehension Eye, the priceless knowledge of the past was now within his grasp.

Su Yi turned on his heel and dashed back to where he had left the stone tablet.

It didn’t take him long to reach the spot, and he wasted no time using the Comprehension Eye.

His eyes disappeared from their sockets, replaced by a dark, endless void. Then suddenly, they emitted a purple glow that bathed the surface of the tablet.

The indecipherable characters washed over Su Yi’s mind in an overwhelming deluge.

Then slowly but surely, they were broken down and transformed into the simplified and familiar language that Blue Star employed at present.

Su Yi focused on the words before him, his heart thundering with excitement.

The tablet spoke of the Ancient Body Forging Secret Technique, and the text was divided into three parts.

The first one was the Power Art, called the Fierce Tiger Heavenly Astral Fist.

A technique that enabled the user to disturb their opponent’s thoughts with a single punch.

In doing so, the user’s own Power Value would be doubled.

The second part was the Defense Art, called the Golden Body.

When deployed, the user’s entire body would be covered with golden scales that no ordinary weapon could penetrate. With this, it would be the user’s defensive strength that was doubled.

The last part was the Speed Art, and it was called the Flowing Cloud Wind Shadow.

It lent the user the grace and agility of the wind, which essentially doubled their initial speed.

Unfortunately, the only cultivation method recorded on this tablet was the Fierce Tiger Heavenly Astral Fist.

There were no details on how to attain the Golden Body or the Flowing Cloud Wind Shadow, only a simple inscription indicating that the former would be found on the third floor of the Devil Suppressing Tower, and the latter was on the third floor of the Trial Tower.

The Devil Suppressing Tower was basically the same as the Demon Suppressing Tower. It was a spatial treasure that housed numerous Devil Men instead of Ferocious Beasts.

These Devil Men were another foreign species, commonly known in Blue Star as the Barroda.

They were just as vicious as the Ferocious Beasts and had already caused a massive number of casualties in the world of Blue Star. In the rare instances that they attacked, they wrought more damage than Ferocious Beasts would on several raids.

The Trial Tower was yet another spatial treasure, but this housed both Ferocious Beast and Devil Men alike.

As rumors would tell it, within the walls of the Trial Tower lived fearsome creatures that had reached the Soul Gathering Stage Heaven Level.

Su Yi stepped back and blinked, and his eyes became normal again. After what he had just learned, his expression shifted, not to one of fear, but one of anticipation.

“If I get the chance, I should take a trip to those two towers!”

The Devil Suppressing Tower was located in the Second Ancient Martial Academy, while the Trial Tower was in the First Ancient Martial Academy.

All things considered, infiltrating those two places wouldn’t be an easy task.

But since they contained a great treasure inside their walls, Su Yi was determined to do anything to get his hands on those other tablets.

After forming a vague outline of his plans, Su Yi turned to look at the tablet again.

He took a deep breath, pulled back his fist, and punched it right in the middle.

The tablet shattered, the tiny pieces of broken stone scattering all over the floor.

Su Yi had to do it. He didn’t want anyone else to know about the Fierce Tiger Heavenly Astral Fist, much less learn how to cultivate it.

After concluding all of his business, Su Yi finally made his way to the exit.

An hour or so inside the Demon Suppressing Tower had enabled him to break through to Vitality Stage Level 5, obtain an Eye Technique, and most valuable of all, the Power Art that no one else knew about.

He was satisfied at last.
