Captain's Tale Of Glory

It was the summer of the 29th year of the New Era, years after an unimaginably powerful force torn apart the entire planet and annihilated the old world. A period after the birth of the Gynoid had been witnessed, bringing about the mystification of the entire planet. Kian, to the outsider, was just another third year science class student with stupefying pretty looks at the campus. Everyone took him for a history fanatic who possessed too much intelligence and knowledge of past world wars. Although an orphan, he had an endless string of admirers both publicly and privately. Kian had impressively accrued a fortune, even though he was a young bod. Unbeknownst to anyone, he was a reincarnation of a Would-Be-Admiral from the old world. 
When the Gynoid emerged, the Deep Sea Gynoid swept across the earth land, corrupting and mutating sea monsters with evil forces. It was the symbol of fear, despair and pain to the terrorized humans, an eternal curse damned to both the living and the dead. For years, soldiers, commanders, generals and admirals fought against the fearsome beasts brought about by the Deep Sea Gynoid. With the ambition of saving the civilization and humanity, the objective was actualized. However, Kian died before witnessing the revolutionary turning point.
In his reincarnation period, the New Era appeared calm and tranquil. Even yet, Kian knew better than anyone that the threat of Demonic Tide still existed. He understands that sooner than later, if no action is taken, civilization would sink back into the dark ages where survival was arduous. In this New Era, will he live to be an Admiral when a catastrophe strikes? And even better, would he stop the inevitable doom that inches gradually towards civilization?
